  I’ve been very happy with my experiences with Airmax until recently. I had a new system installed in October 2024. I started having humidity issues the following summer. A very nice technician came out and checked my unit and everything was fine. I thought it was just our humid climate causing mold and other issues. Everything ran great until this May when the humidity issues returned. I’ve installed a crawl space dehumidifier, vapor barrier and 2 more dehumidifiers in my home but still have 57% - 60% humidity inside my home. This has caused more mold and subsequent health issues. They did send someone out again but the technician, once again, stated that the system is working beautifully. No crawl space inspection or an inspection of my entire home for other possible causes was done. After this last service call I was told someone from the office would contact me to schedule a crawl space inspection but that still hasn’t happened and my messages have gone unanswered. Keep in mind, I have a maintenance contract that I pay for annually. With growing frustration, I contacted another service company. They did a very comprehensive inspection of my home and crawl space and found a significant issue involving an attic hatch not closing properly. This was allowing the very hot and humid air to fill up my home. This was found very quickly with a simple search of all of the ducts. I understand that mistakes happen and things can get overlooked but the lack of follow up and communication is bothersome. I work in the trade industry and have recommended Airmax to many of my customers but unfortunately I do not feel comfortable doing so anymore. It really is a shame because all of my personal interactions with the technicians have been great and they have been very nice. I feel like I’ve waisted money on a service contract that I’m no longer receiving service from.

  From the office support staff to the technicians AirMax provides excellent service and customer support. They installed our new HVAC on time and in a timely manner.

  Airmax did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Pete & John gave a thorough inspection, educated us on what our issues were and then offered a fair and complete estimate. I knew what to expect with each step of our replacement system and were accommodating to our tight schedule. 10 out of 10!
