- JAJoshua AllenFeb 24, 20201.0Hidden fees you will not know about until they add them to your bill at the end. Rent elsewhere and they let you know up front. They said to make sure it was full of gas upon return and that the gas valve was shut off and run for a few seconds once loaded on the trailer before transporting. I made sure everything requested was done. They waited until the machine was unloaded and around back and then said we are charging you $25 from your security deposit for not cleaning the machine. They never said you had to wash or clean it upon return. I could have spent $2 at the car wash or used my hose at home but they never said it had to be cleaned. Crooked way to make another dollar.
