  As owners of both a small business and a personal home, we’ve had two outstanding experiences with the team at Carolina Mold & Air. First, our older beach rental property developed a significant black mold problem. Their team thoroughly inspected the property, identified all affected areas, and safely remediated the mold. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to avoid a complete tear-down of the home, resulting in substantial cost savings. More recently, we experienced a water leak in our personal residence that led to mold growth. Carolina Mold & Air quickly addressed the source of the problem and effectively remediated the mold, giving us peace of mind that the issue was fully resolved. Throughout both projects, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We highly recommend Carolina Mold & Air to anyone dealing with mold, water damage, or indoor air quality concerns.   They did a great job on our home. Everyone we came into contact with was very professional, respectful , and courteous. They listened to all our needs and put forth a plan to take care of our mold remediation project. I would highly recommend them.
