- JMjeffery moralesAug 8, 20261.0Talked with owner on phone and I paid online. After several months no response after numerous phone calls. My wife drove to the place and ask for our money back and he said someone will be there tonight. Tech shows up very nasty never gave us a receipt or any paperwork. We left for the summer this time hired a new company. The tech said the past tech disconnected our battery which now is dead. I called spoke with owner first he said maybe someone else disconnected it because there are people in the neighborhood who do that. It has a digital recording when they last worked on it. He said it didnt match his paperwork the copy I never received or date of service. He knows it was his tech and instead of being honest he came up with numerous bs excuses. I had to purchase a battery because of his incompetence. NOT HONEST BEWARE.

I don't know if its because I call from a area code that isn't local but my Elderly family are in the home and the winter freeze is upon us. We don't have the security of back-up power. I will have to take by business elsewhere.
