  Jeff and his team deliver great customer service and value. Our large Generac generator was in seriously bad shape. As an alternative to buying a new generator, Jeff recommended replacing the engine and other key components. We took this recommendation and i am delighted that we essentially have a brand new generator at a fraction of the cost of buying a full new unit. Great work!

  My generator quit working. After I replaced the battery I realized that the 17 year old Generac had multiple issues. I set up an appointment with Mountain Generator Service, and Jeff Christen came out. As I expected there were electrical and mechanical issues. Jeff spent just over 2 hours meticulously troubleshooting and fixing the problems. He even made some improvements in the engine performance that, in my opinion, should have been made at system installation 17 years ago. It is a pleasure to work with Mountain Generator—they are extremely fair and honest. In the past 17 years there were 2 technicians that I was very satisfied with, but Jeff is by far the best. I feel very confident in knowing that in the future I can trust Jeff to fix any generator problem to hopefully allow me to get many more years out of this old Generac.

  Shortly after the Storm they took my name and address and politely said they would service my generator asap. Now apparently they have changed their policy and only working with existing customers. Wasted my time and I know my neighbors as well, who has been waiting. Business is listed as “temporarily closed.” So bottom line, busy making lots on money, the heck with the rest of the Community. Good luck Generator owners.Mountain Generator doesn’t care.

  THEY ARE HONEST ! YOU CAN TRUST THEM. 4 years after the generator was installed we sold the house . The home inspector noted the generator instillation on the sight was not up to the current code . There had been a generator hooked up on the sight for 20 years . However, codes change over time . The buyers of the home wanted everything code or they would back out of the sale . we had 10 days to fix this be for closing . Mountain generator did not pick the organal sight . They installed their generator like what was there . we had a ugly problem that had to be fixed very quickly . Mountain generator did not step back or run from the problem like most companies could or would have done . Mountain stepped up and moved heven and earth at a huge loss of time and expense to them . Even the buyers could not beleive any company would deliver that kind of service 4 years after a sale . I agree , Mountain is number 1 for a reason , honesty and service that money can not buy . thanks to the Mountain team ! job well done ! i love you guy s . randall fritts fletcher n. c.

  Stop looking elsewhere. This is the guy to take your generator to. I had five other mechanics look at my Onan generator that charged me and never resolved the issue. Jeff however, had the knowledge to actually fix it in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. He does honest work and he's a cool guy. I only wish I took it there sooner. Thanks again, Jeff!
