  We have been using Mountain Generator Service for our annual Generac service since we had our generator installed. We are very happy with the service and communication. Jenn is awesome when it comes to scheduling and communicating with us. Raphael has serviced our generator and is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We appreciate the service they provide and highly recommend!!!

  Jeff and his team deliver great customer service and value. Our large Generac generator was in seriously bad shape. As an alternative to buying a new generator, Jeff recommended replacing the engine and other key components. We took this recommendation and i am delighted that we essentially have a brand new generator at a fraction of the cost of buying a full new unit. Great work!

  Shortly after the Storm they took my name and address and politely said they would service my generator asap. Now apparently they have changed their policy and only working with existing customers. Wasted my time and I know my neighbors as well, who has been waiting. Business is listed as “temporarily closed.” So bottom line, busy making lots on money, the heck with the rest of the Community. Good luck Generator owners.Mountain Generator doesn’t care.

  This company is just awesome! They stay in touch and show up on time. Raphael serviced my Generac and checked my elec boxes. He was honest and efficient. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra and was extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find great service without a hard sell. I highly recommend these people and I will continue to do business as long as I own a generator. Integrity, responsiveness and knowledge, a rare combination indeed.

  Jeff did an awesome job for me. When I called he answered right away, was familiar with the issue I was having with my generator, and easy to talk to on the phone. The best part of my experience is that Jeff came out within one day to solve the problem I was having with my RV generator. He came out and fixed the problem first thing in the morning. His price was very fair for the Speedy service. I would highly, highly recommend Mountain generator.
