I had a number of assorted fixes that needed to be done, and he made quick work of them all, answering all of my questions along the way. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and I appreciated his great customer service. He clearly loves his work. A 10/10 and highly recommend!

- MRMark R.Aug 10, 20261.0I had Mr. Sparky of the Sandhills go out to a property because I was out of town and needed to have carbon monoxide detectors installed as well as an outlet box replacement in a rental due to new tenants moving in and me recognizing that there was a gap during the walk-through. The request that I made for the appointment was “I’m not sure what current code is when it comes to carbon monoxide detectors, but I need you to install whatever is necessary to get it up to code.” I was sent a quote that included $419 for the carbon monoxide/smoke alarm portion of things. I assumed that there needed to be multiple installed, hardwired detector, etc for that price. NOPE! One single battery operated $40 detector, NOT hard wired. I got charged $419 for the technician to drill two screws into a ceiling. I have done this numerous times and know it takes less than 5 minutes and zero technical work when it’s a BATTERY operated (not hard-wired) unit. And only one of them, which is the craziest part. The equivalent of charging $380 labor to hang up a picture. Absurd. Will never use again. Do not recommend.
