  Good morning, to whom it may concern. A gentleman pulling out of this facility this morning pulled out knowingly did not stop into oncoming traffic between myself and a school bus. Keep in mind this is a 18wheeler who chose to dart out into traffic. Not only did he not stop but the safety of others was put into jeopardy. Please be more careful, it takes 2 seconds to STOP and look both ways, it could have ended much worse.

  Hours said they were open until 3:30. Doors were locked and the lady inside wouldn't open the door at 3:08

  I reached out to the Pro Remodel Sales group in April to order parts for Jeld-Wen windows I had installed a few years ago. At the time they did not seem very interested in ordering the parts. This should have been an indication I was going to have issues with anything they ordered. When the order arrived, the parts did not fit. I sent pictures to the Pro Remodel Sales contact. On May 12th, he acknowledged the parts were incorrect and would investigate it further and get back with me. I have followed up with him on 3 separate occasions, and to date zero response. At this point I would prefer a refund, but the bigger complaint is the complete lack of follow-up and the lack of concern/caring about their customers. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a building supply source.

  I'm glad I stopped in BMC Troutman, it was really good attention, the lady at the desk is very professional.

  I am very happy with the excellent service I received at BMC Troutman NC. I am from out of town (Pittsburgh, PA) and found a craigslist ad regarding discount pricing on Trex decking. I was interested, called and spoke with James Quirk. I cannot say enough great things about him. We spoke a few times and he took great care of me. He was upbeat and willing to work around my crazy proposition. I presented a unique situation. My father was picking up the decking for me as he traveled from Atlanta back to Pittsburgh with a 26' truck. The staff at BMC Troutman assisted with getting everything in the truck. They were also very flexible / accommodating when the pick-up date changed due to travel issues. Thank you so much and keep up the great work and great prices. Thank you so much for hiring excellent staff and having great pricing, I can now build the deck of my dreams! Nicole McKenna
