  We have a summer cabin located the Franklin area, and suddenly were limited in our hot water. Ward PH&A were responsive in sending out a technician to analyze ur situation. It was determined that we were in need on a new Hot Water Heater. (The existing unit was over 16 years old.) The technician (Alan C) actually came out on his day off to install our new system since we had family gathering in to celebrate the 250th Independence Celebration. He was extremely competent, neat, and thorough with the job, (See photos) and I can wholeheartedly endorse Ward PH&A. Their communication throughout the entire process was superb.

  Unreliable service. I contacted them about working on my senville mini split and set up an appointment on a Saturday. I get a text Saturday after I had already waited hours on them that they would not be able to make it. Not a big deal things happen. So they say they will be here Monday. I notify them I work thru the week and won't be home till after 5. They said that's fine. Monday at 4 I get a call the guy is sitting in my driveway. I tell him I won't be home for a bit and he ask me questions about the unit. When I tell him the name brand witch I had mentioned in the initial service request he tells me that they don't work on that brand. I text the office and they try to sell me a new unit. So after wasting a Saturday and waiting a week on them they finally decide they can't work on my unit and their solution is to buy a new one they will work on. Very disappointed in a local service that can't read a service request and can't keep their word

  Our experience with Ward was wonderful! The technicians that worked on our house were thorough and completed the job in a timely and clean manner. They were very respectful and helpful in getting us the best possible price. Thank you so much!

  Every thing was superior service. Jeb did a great job explaining what was needed for repair and installation etc. , Then Jeb continued communicated throughout the install process. The text communication was top rate and communicated timely on scheduled appointment. Thank You

  Steve was assigned to us, and down to reset our breaker after a power outage. Thankfully our motherboard didn’t pop but Steve pitched us the power surge unit to prevent a motherboard burn out if another power surge should occur. Which does frequently occur in our rural area. This investment cost $791 but per the replacement of a motherboard, seems to be a good preventative option for our somewhat new A/C unit. He was well spoken, easy to understand, and applied the work within a reasonable window of time. All is working smoothly and well! Only complaint was the length of waiting but I fear that is a high demand of services and not the direct fault of anyone within the company. We waited three days in 80 degree weather for a reset and had a bed ridden person with very sensitive medical condition that could not tolerate heat well. Otherwise, the company is rather wonderful and a saving grace for many of us Rural folk! Thanks Ward! Thanks Steve!
