I had a major water leak in which I need major restoration services and Alan referred an excellent company. I signed up for their membership at a great price because I know I’ll need them in the very near future. Thanks!!

I highly recommend Ward plumbing! Alan, my technician and his apprentice Jeff did a fantastic job! It’s such a relief to have everything taken care of so well. They replaced my houses filtration filter and put in a new water heater. Plus, they were patient in answering all my questions, I had a lot! Thank you guys!

Dewayne was very thorough with his evaluation of our water heater issue and offered several options to address them. He was also very careful to ensure that he respected the cleanliness of our home.

Since coming to WNC and now permanently living here I DID always rely on Wards for all my HVAC needs … until now. Our HVAC went out the first time July 9, 2026. We called and made an appointment for 4 days out with the promise they would get someone out if there was a cancellation. I was so pleased that they got someone out the next day to address … THE FREEZE, LIKELY A CLOGGED DRAIN LINE… that last part is the vital part. The tech found the capacitor that need replacing, that was done to our satisfaction, but to my knowledge the drain line clog was not addressed. When the staff that I talked to last week, a couple times was vague but could not confirm the tech even checked the line. By the time he got here the unit had been off for over 24 hours so he saw no ice.
So, the HVAC again went down on July 27, 2026, 15 days later. I was and still of the opinion our final failure of the system or at least part of was on them as the line was not addressed properly. I had hoped they would tag this more urgent and get someone out sooner than later. Didn’t happen.
I called every day or so and the staff was so sweet, so understanding, so peaches & cream wanting me to keep the appointment AND service contract I am/was enrolled in. See we are retired and home most of the time its been miserably hot. After a week with no confirmed appointment other than the original one 10 days out I got fed up and called someone else. Someone with after hours service. They are coming today thank goodness!
The last person I spoke to (yes I was already done at this point), name begins with A. See I was charged today for the service agreement on top of lacking service. How very ironic? Right after several calls from the so sorry staff, “please stay with us.” Blah blah no service or monetary benefit was ever offered BTW. And I requested that be cancelled and I get an email confirmation of this. “A” proceeded to defend that they are busy yada yada on & on. I understand that but I was not about to take her condescending tone. She was not sorry for what I am going through this … again I was a long time customer of them but not now. It appears they have outgrown their britches and forgot (at least A did) that customer's are the reason they are employed, the very money behind their paycheck.
I don’t often do reviews but this needs to be out there. So disappointed … every word is true.

Our system was installed by wards 3 years ago. The Air had stopped working had a tech out today. They are not honoring the warranty. Quoted me $2400 for labor to do a leak test and $1800 for the freon. Said none of it is covered under warranty on a $16,000 HVAC system. Will be contacting Mitsubishi! I would be very hesitant to let them install or repair your system and I will update when we get a 2nd opinion.
A local HVAC company repaird it for $723.64. Also the flare fitting that was leaking was due to Wards faulty work. This place is taking advantage of customers that dont know any better. Thats a sad way to do business. Check out the screen shots of their invoice $1700 bucks for 12lbs of freon when the price of 25lbs is less than $300. Proof they are scamming customers and god knows how much they are charging elderly customers that just dont know any better.
