After several other roofing companies inspected our roof and were unable to identify the source of the problem, Tyler took the time to thoroughly investigate and found the issue that others had missed. I called and they sent someone to inspect my roof the next day. The rubber gaskets around the vent pipes had rotted. The repair estimate was fair. They came today to do the repair. I'm very happy with their prompt response and would highly recommend Balken Roofing.
