  Installed two skylights and one sun tunnel and improved the flashing around chimney. All the work was done in one day with everything left cleaner than they arrived (cleaned areas of cathedral ceiling that are unreachable by me.) Suddenly my livingroom and kitchen are no longer dark spaces.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my new roof and skylight installed by Balken Roofing! The roof pitch on my house is extremely steep, with an old 1970s acrylic dome skylight at the top. The crew was quick, efficient, made sure to protect the surrounding vegetation, and did an outstanding cleanup job afterwards. Rotted plywood was replaced, as well as matching tongue & groove for the porch which required a trip to a local lumber yard. A skilled carpenter worked alongside the skylight installer to replace the skylight and old exterior and interior trim. Thank you Chad Balken for your support, and all of the crew who spent a long hard day working at my house. My new skylight and roof are amazing!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've used this company twice now and couldn’t be happier, truly a 5-star experience both times. They originally replaced my roof back in 2017, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of their work was exceptional, their communication was clear and consistent, and they left the property spotless after the job was done. It was obvious they really knew their craft, and the warranty they provided gave me a lot of confidence. Recently, I had them come back to install gutters and gutter guards on a guest house, and once again they exceeded expectations. Same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and great customer service. It’s hard to find contractors this reliable, highly recommend!
