  H5 did a great job on building pool stairs and landing. Very sturdy, solid, good construction. The team was quick, thorough and professional... they cleaned everything up, looks great! Very happy.... thank you...

  We have a house on Lockwood Folly river, but full-time reside in another state. At the end of a long day's drive to NC I walked down to the end of the dock and realized that our aluminum dock was two-thirds dislodged from the river bed with only one metal pole holding it in place. This dock had been installed by the previous owners but I quickly learned that metal poles are not how docks should be installed in tidal water. I called 4 or 5 dock repair companies and had to leave messages, most of which did not get returned for several days or at all. Chad at H5 Called me back promptly, but told me he was not sure that they would be able to help bc their barge was down at Holden Beach doing another job (totally understandable). However, after having no luck with any other company getting back to me, I called him again some days later and he said that he thought they could be there by the end of the following week. He gave me a price that was fair and from that point forward, he was always in touch with me about where they were at with their current job and when they thought they would get to my house. He didn't mind that I sent him texts and was always happy to Text me back which I really appreciated. Sure enough, on the day that they were coming down the intercoastal and heading to the mouth of the river, A steering cable broke and needed to be repaired (again, Totally understandable). Chad called me to let me know. The next day, however, was going to be Saturday and it was supposed to rain so I wasn't sure if they would come and we were heading back to our home on Monday. But his crew- Brian, Meegan and Rodney came to the house early Saturday morning in the absolute pouring rain. They were super nice and friendly and were able to install Two hoops on the side of that dock, drive two pilings into the River bed and get that dock securely back in place before we had to leave town. I would call them again in a heartbeat to do additional repairs for us if needed.

  Doug and Chad were wonderful to work with. H5 just finished installing a boat lift for us. They exceeded our expectations. Doug communicated well with us throughout the installation process and was on the job everyday inspecting the progress. They also did some trim repairs for us on our new home and I can't tell that there was ever damage. I would definitely recommend H5 Construction Services!!
