  Jeremy met me on a Saturday at a property in Sunset Beach to review the inspection report, and I couldn't have been more impressed. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each finding in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. At no point did I feel like he was exaggerating issues or trying to make problems seem worse than they were. Instead, he presented the facts objectively and helped everyone understand what truly needed attention. His communication was exceptional. Not only did he answer all of my client's questions, but he also met with the seller and the listing agent to walk them through his findings and ensure everyone was on the same page.   If you are looking for a builder who provides quality work and is there for the clients, then Coastal Carolina Construction and Jeremy Ridenhour is who you are looking for. I had never met Jeremy before this process but became friends. Jeremy and his right hand man, Blake Potter, made the experience fun and exciting. They were always there and had our best interests at heart. There are always road blocks when building a custom home. Jeremy and his team worked with us and we got the house we wanted. We just spent our first week at our new home and we are so thankful to Coastal Carolina Construction for making that happen.
