  Jeremy met me on a Saturday at a property in Sunset Beach to review the inspection report, and I couldn't have been more impressed. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each finding in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. At no point did I feel like he was exaggerating issues or trying to make problems seem worse than they were. Instead, he presented the facts objectively and helped everyone understand what truly needed attention. His communication was exceptional. Not only did he answer all of my client's questions, but he also met with the seller and the listing agent to walk them through his findings and ensure everyone was on the same page. That level of service and transparency is invaluable in a real estate transaction. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and communicative general contractor.

  We trusted Coastal Carolina Construction to build our Holden Beach home in 2022-23, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Jeremy Ridenhour and his team not only deliver excellent craftsmanship, but they truly stand behind their work. Since the build, they’ve completed additions for us and promptly addressed an unexpected ice maker leak. Every time, they’ve been quick to respond and easy to work with. What started as a business relationship has turned into a friendship. That says everything. We highly recommend Jeremy and his team.
