Really disappointed with the customer service. No communication from the office (they don’t answer the phone), lack of professionalism from the salesman when inquiring about the order which apparently was on back order (had no idea until the day it was supposed to show up). Figured they’d dig into it on Monday. Nothing.

Barrier Fencing Supply Company offers the best customer service in the industry, surpassing every other fence supplier I've worked with. They consistently stand behind their product and deliver on-time. For any needs—whether it's vinyl, aluminum, chain link, or cedar pickets—I highly recommend contacting Kipp at Barrier Fencing, you will not be dissapointed.
