  One of our rental houses AC decided to not work properly during this heat wave. We contacted the company Thursday before a holiday weekend expecting to not get anything done before the weekend. We ended up having the coolest owner come out to give us a quote, and by Tuesday morning we were getting a new unit installed! Great customer service by the technicians Bryson, Will, Chris and Hawkins.

  Bryson, Will, and Cris were the best. They were very professional while they installed our new unit. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t have noticed there was a mess before. They showed us everything they did and explain how things worked. Very honest people.

  We had a great experience from quote to questions after installation. Bryson, Will, and Chris were our installers. They were professional, friendly, and hardworking. They left the job-site neat and did fine work with the installation. We are glad to have chosen Southern Homes to replace our package unit and ductwork.

  My HVAC died a week ago. It was the original unit for my home which was built in 1998! I immediately contacted Southern homes, heating and air as they had been providing my service for the past two years. I was very concerned about getting it repaired or replaced as soon as possible because of the hot weather. They promptly responded to my call and sent a service man out that same day. I did replacement of the unit and within three days a new unit was installed and up and running! I highly recommend Southern homes, heating and air! They are most professional, very responsive, and technically skilled. Every person I dealt with was respectful, courteous, and helpful. I want to get special recognition to Ashley who responded to my phone calls in a very prompt, respectful, and extremely helpful way. She was amazing! A.Lamb

  Will, Cris, and Hawkins are the best! They installed our new upstairs HVAC. They did an excellent job, they were thorough, clean, respectful, and the price was great! What else could we ask for? We would hire them again. Thanks again guys!
