  I asked a realtor friend for a referral to install a mini split. Without hesitation she recommended SHS&A. Telephone calls were answered promptly and courteously. The representative who came out was knowledgeable about a different make and model and was able to clearly explain why this company preferred the Mitsubishi system. Our room size and several other considerations put us between several choices. Both Jason and Ashley walked us through the choices so that we were comfortable with our decision. The installers were Will, Chris and Hawkins. Will arrived first and introduced himself then his team. He had booties to cover outdoor shoes in his hand before entering the house. This care does impress. They proceeded to add protective fabric throughout their passage route. The job took approximately 7 hours. They worked quietly and steadily. They cleaned up nicely. Since I am finicky I cleaned a bit here and there after they left - but nothing anyone but me would have noticed. The unit has added much needed temperature comfort to a room with 3 exposed walls. I would highly recommend Southern Homes Heating and Air.

  Tanner brown has been our go to tech for years now and he truly has the most knowledge about any issue. He speaks plainly so we can understand the hvac terms and it is so appreciated! This is our go to hvac company for life soly thanks to Tanner and Ashley!

  Can’t say enough about Southern Homes Heating & Air. Reliable company with great customer service. Honest techs that won’t nickel and dime you. Fast service and no waiting around days in a hot house waiting for someone to come out. Would definitely recommend for anyone with HVAC needs!

  We are very happy with the whole process from Southern Homes Heating and Air and our newly installed heat pump system and ductwork. Matthew the salesman, Bryson, Chris our main installers were all very professional and courteous, and knowledgeable. There were a couple other guys too on the site the first day, but I didn't know their names. Justin helped us out with a great redesigned duct system that should work much better. I had multiple quotes done and they were among the best priced, and gave you the feeling of honesty and professionalism. Definitely recommend them for your next service or new install.

  This was a complete furnace and heat pump & A/C installation. The owner and job manager did a great job explaining the process to us. The crew showed up in the morning and worked through the heat and humidity to get everything installed and tested within the time frame advertised. They were knowledgeable, skillful, and incredibly pleasent to work with. I know what hard work looks like and the crew was impressive. I highly recommend Southern Homes Heating & Air for all HVAC related maintenance and installation.
