  Noah and Original Triad Door Co., was awesome. Very responsive to my initial contact and service offerings the same and next day. Noah came the same day, 30 minutes after my call. He was very professional, courteous and clean. He explained my options and gave a detailed explanation of the new equipment.

Not only did he quickly replace and repair the damaged cable, but he also took the initiative to discuss a customized maintenance plan to help improve and extend the life of my entire garage door system. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service rather than simply completing a repair and moving on. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and it is greatly appreciated.   Justin came out for the special “tune up” on my garage door. He was very pleasant young man and very professional in doing his assessment of my door. He showed me why my rollers needed replacing and he tested and adjusted the spring tension. Very thorough in his work. Explained and showed me the lubricant points to keep my door operating good. I am impressed with Original Triad Garage Door company and highly recommend this company for your garage door tune up or repair.
