  We called Hall's Plumbing to fix a kitchen sink leak. He re-piped the sink, but in the process created a partial blockage in the drain connection. From that point on, our sink wouldn't drain properly. Soapy water and dishwater would just sit and fill up instead of draining, and we had to run the disposal every time just to get it to clear. This never happened before his "repair." We called him back about a week later since he advertises a warranty on his work. Instead of honoring it, he tried to charge us $423 more (plus $95- again just for coming out) - on top of the $1,300 we'd already paid to fix a problem his own work had caused. We ended up fixing it ourselves. My husband bought a vent from Lowe's and went down to where the PVC meets the cast iron to clean out the debris that was left behind - AFTER we had already paid the $1300 for the original job. We paid $1,300 for a repair that created a new problem, and then were asked to pay again to fix it. That's not how a business that stands behind its work should operate. Would not recommend and won't be using them again.

  I had Adrian come out to fix a busted water line that we already have dug up for him and they charge us the labor for digging the hole plus after he spliced my water line he told me it was still leaking and wanted to charge me more after they charged me over $700! This was totally uncalled for and I would not recommend this company because of the bad service that I received this past Saturday! I would give them Less Stars if possible and I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and action 9 because he was paid to come out and fix it and I was charged so much and still the job was not done!

  We have a tankless water heater that started leaking and we decided to call Hall's Plumbing after a friend recommended them to us. A minor repair turned into a major repair so we decided to replace the unit with the brand they carry. Andrew came out Friday July 3rd to do the install. He came back the morning of the 4th to finish up. We were totally pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and concern he had to finish the job right. We had family coming for the week and it would have been difficult without hot water. Thanks again Andrew for making our troubles go away. We highly recommend this company and they are now our plumbers!! p.s. we live in Mocksville and they came right out with no reservation.
