Francy Thompson, the owner of Total House + Flooring received an education in both accounting and design and has over 25 years of experience.
In 2005, Total House + Flooring began as Total Design Solutions. Our intention has always been to fill the gap between design concept and product choice, for both homeowners and builders.
Although we started as an interior design firm, we eventually expanded to offer floor coverings, tile, kitchen and bath cabinetry, window and wall coverings, and more.

The team there was highly communicative, responded within a few hours and always provided the exact time their contractors or even themselves would arrive. They listened to my vision and didn’t make me compromise in the least, they helped bring it to life. They have a beautiful selection of carpet and of grass cloth wallpaper, and if you have something in mind they will always order your sample. My carpet installation was professionally done leaving a beautiful finish in the stead. Months later the work still looks incredible. I will be going through THF for my future big home improvement projects.
