  From the moment my wife Denise and I walked into Moore Floors, I knew we were in good hands. Carrie was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She helped us navigate our options and even allowed us to take color swatches home to compare in our actual living space, which made all the difference. Every question we had — from selection all the way through installation — was answered with care and professionalism. Once we made our decision, the process moved quickly. Installation was scheduled within about 3 weeks, and the day before the crew arrived, we received a courtesy call explaining exactly what to expect and how to prepare. That little detail really set the tone. The installation team showed up at 7:30 a.m. sharp and got right to work. They were professional, quiet, and cleaned up each area as they moved through the house — truly impressive. You wouldn’t believe how much sand and dirt had been hiding in our steps and main floor over the years! Bladie, the lead installation technician, truly went above and beyond. He and his team tackled 20 steps, 4 bedrooms, and a bonus room — starting at 7:30 a.m. and completing the entire job by 1:30 p.m. That’s a full house done in just 6 hours, and the quality never suffered for the speed. He even took the time to fix a few hardwood spots that had been sliding loose and needed extra glue to hold in place — completely unsolicited. When the job was done, he walked me through the entire space to make sure everything was flawless. And it was. We also opted for the upgraded 10 lb pad, and I cannot recommend it enough — our floors feel absolutely incredible underfoot. If you’re on the fence about the upgrade, just do it. Moore Floors earned every bit of our trust and business. Highly recommend!”

  I will always use Moore floors to replace the carpeting or wooden floors in our home and here is why. There are dozens of places that i could go for carpet or wooden floors. Everyone would be happy to sell me what i wanted. But, it's after the sale that matters the most. Customer service, it's as important as the product. Bad customer service and you will only get my money once. Great customer service and I'm yours for life. Nordstroms understands that philosophy and that is why they are one of the worlds leading retailers. Kelly, the owner of Moore floors also know this. That is why when we had an issue with the wooden floor that Kelly's crew had installed he eagerly worked with us to resolve the issue. He did not search for a way to avoid helping us, instead he found a solution that was fair to us both. He truly cares about the people he provides goods and services to and it showed. He is above all fair and honorable and he has my business for life. More importantly, I will recommend him and Moore floors to anyone who asks me about carpets or wooden floors. Thanks Kelly.   It was a pleasure dealing with Moore Floors. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional and dependable. Our waterproof LVP flooring is absolutely beautiful and we are thrilled with its durability and appearance. We would highly recommend them. This is actually the second time they put flooring in our home. They put LVP in our bedroom a few years ago and it still looks beautiful. We were so pleased with them a that we went there again for the living room and kitchen. It looks and feels excellent.

  Moore Floors folks are fantastic, from Kelly to all of the team members in the showroom. Everyone is incredible helpful and very reliable. We had floors quoted and installed in our townhouse while we were gone for the summer. I wouldn’t use anyone else for flooring needs.
