- JDJackie D1 day ago5.0Chris was great! He was very professional. We needed a vanity removed and a new bathroom vanity put in and connected. It was a late job and a big job but he got the work done in a very timely manner. We jumped for joy when we heard the water running in the new sink!!

He was fast, professional and knowledgeable . He even answered questions about other potential issues I had. . I highly recommend zoom drain and Christopher.

When the technician did show up, he snaked a line that we already knew was open and clear thus charging me for something that didn’t have to be done. This company made no effort to resolve the issue, and when they ran into a hardship, they abandoned it and left me without a resolution. I will never suggest this company to anybody moving forward.

It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values professionalism and customer satisfaction. If I had one small suggestion, it would be regarding pricing. Personally, I feel that slightly more competitive rates would make their already excellent service even more attractive. That said, considering the quality of work and professionalism they provide, the pricing is still reasonable and well justified. We highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone looking for reliable, dependable, and high-quality plumbing and drain services. We look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future!

They first attempted to clear the drain with a 45-foot drain snake, which cost me about $400, but it did not solve the problem. They then recommended using a longer 75-foot snake, which cost about $700. Unfortunately, that also failed to fix the issue. As a final step, they performed a camera inspection and found that grease buildup was causing the blockage. They recommended hydro jetting (high-pressure water cleaning), and I agreed. After that service, the drain has been working much better. However, I am disappointed with the follow-up. After completing the hydro jetting, they told me they would run the camera through the line again to show me that the pipe was completely clear, but they never did. They have scheduled a technician to return over the past two days for the follow-up camera inspection, but no one has shown up. To make matters worse, I noticed a small leak under my sink this morning, which makes me question whether everything was properly resolved. I appreciate that the drain is flowing much better now, but after spending around $1,700, I expected better communication, follow-through, and confirmation that the line was completely cleared. I hope the company will address the leak and honor its commitment to complete the final camera inspection. Edit review ( from 1 star to a 5 stars) After I posted my original review, Zoom Drain contacted me and sent a technician back with a camera to show me the drain line, as promised. He also addressed the small leak under my sink. Everything is working much better now, although there is still a slight leak that may just need a minor tightening. I especially want to thank Mrs. Tracy for her professionalism. She apologized for my experience and the company promised a $400 refund, which I haven’t received yet, but I believe they will honor their commitment. While the experience started off frustrating and ended up costing me around $1,700, I appreciate that Zoom Drain took my concerns seriously, followed up, and worked to make things right. Their willingness to respond, communicate, and stand behind their work speaks well of their customer service That’s the reason I changed my 1 star to a 5 stars.
