- DTDon TylerAug 3, 20265.0Had an interesting experience at the store. Wanted to purchase a ryobi weed eater but the on line price was less expensive. Was told to order on line with pickup at the store which made sense. Order was confirmed and then a few minutes later canceled for no reason. It actually showed being deducted from my bank account and then credited back. Employee ended up doing a override to correct the situation. Great customer service at the store level. I would recommend you focus on correcting your online orders for this issue was on another review. Very pleased with Employee customer service and will be returning regularly.
