- VKValerie KayeSep 15, 20265.0Jim is absolutely THE BEST!!! Arrived exactly on time, knew precisely how to fix the problem and even pre-empted another one. Easy to book the appointment through Ace. Company is highly responsive and has excellent customer service and follow up. A bit on the pricier side than just going with an independent but the service is outstanding.
