The process involves multiple steps including inspections, electrical work, installation, and coordination with the gas company--which simply takes time. We were in Florida and the company (Allan Dearth) was on top of every aspect throughout the process from the installation to final light off--they took care of all the details and required support work. The generator itself is easy, low maintenance, and very efficient, and, of course, provides peace of mind in the event of a power outage. Overall, we are highly satisfied and appreciate the attention to detail by Allan Dearth & Sons. Highly recommend.

Making the appointment was simple. They showed up perfectly on time. The 2 workers, Sebastian and Max, are fantastic professionals. They had my generator purring in no time. They changed the oil, filter, spark plug and battery and cleaned up to where it looked and sounded like NEW. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5 STARS
