  Sure temp and their Technician Jonathan were stellar. I was constantly professionally updated as to progress. Jonathan was always professional with an upbeat personality and conscientious about the work he was conducting. This was not an easy fix, multiple issues arose and Jonathan worked each issue, systematically until the unit and the thermostat were functioning properly. Jonathan never complained, never balked at the next issue and was never unprofessional or down talking his company andxa strong work ethic, which is rare these days. I commend the Technician and Sure Temp and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a company that delivers what they promise. V/R, D Spillman

  I had a great experience with SureTemp. Kyle came out and explained all the options and types surrounding ductless mini splits. I feel great about the selections I made and look forward to using my garage for additional functions.

  The reason I gave this business 3 stars and not one is solely because of the service technician, Scott Tickle. The office called and told us they received the part and wanted to schedule an appointment to make the repair. When Scott arrived at the house he had no part and was looking to come by to get some information from the unit so that he could order the part. The unit was outside so I didn't have to take time off of work and be present for that nor did I have to waste my gas either. He listened to our gripes about the situation and never took it personally. He acted like he was genuinely concerned. The 2nd time we schedule the repair we were the 2nd stop. His vehicle broke down. No one reached out to us as a courtesy to let us know they had an issue. When I reached out to the office they told me his truck broke down and someone was on the way to give him a working vehicle and he should be by us in an hour. An hour and a half later they told me they found a vehicle and they were on the way to him and it would be another 90 minutes. I told them that was exactly what they told me 90 minutes ago. I was then told the 1st time they were actually looking for a vehicle and now they have one. One thing this office does 100% well is operate in efficiently. They have the part when they need information so they can order the part to they are en route when they haven't even found an available replacement vehicle yet. Just lies and innefficiency. Thankfully they had a great service technician. Shout out to Scott for carrying the company on your back twice.

  Jonathan is a great tech - personable and professional. He knew right away what the problem was, explained to us (people who don't know HVAC's) and even gave us a head's up that the part was going to be tricky to get. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a couple of weeks for the part we needed to come in. No fault if the technician.
