Our upstairs HVAC was not cooling so I called Sure Temp Mechanical at the recommendation of my daughter. Jonathon came out to diagnose and correct the problem the very same day I called. He was professional, respectful, and very courteous. He kept me in the loop as he went through all the possible issues and would give me cost estimates along the way. Turned out to be a capacitor that had exploded and it burned a wire. He showed me the problem before making the correction. Thankfully, he had a replacement in his van and was able to fix immediately. I can also highly recommend Sure Temp Mechanical because the price for his services and new parts was very reasonable.
Technician was prompt, professional and rapidly diagnosed the HVAC issue.

1) poor communication 2)the customer gets forgotten unless they text/call repeatedly 3)don't use them if you need something fixed in a timely manner.
This company has had a service request in for my AC for over a month (through my home warranty company) and it is not fixed.
They won't answer phone calls, you have to text them, and they are slow to respond if they even do. After they received a part to repair my AC, they sat on it for a week until I reached out to my warranty company to get a status update. Then they scheduled me for the 8a-12p slot on 4/15. When they didn't show up, I texted them and 3 hours later was told the technician was sick. I asked for another technician to be sent and was told it would take 2 people to do my repair. Which tells me they set aside 2 people to do this repair for a time slot of 8-12, but they couldn't let me know until after 3pm that no one was showing up.
I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a really frustrating experience with Sure Temp Mechanical Inc.
They were assigned to me through my home warranty, and it took way too long just to get someone out. When they finally came, the work didn't seem done right. They changed the thermostat on one unit, but it still wasn't working properly. On my second unit, they replaced the control board, and now not even a month later (about 25 days), the unit won't turn on again.
What's even worse is now I can't get anyone to answer the phone or send over the report I need for my warranty.
At this point, I don't trust the work that was done, and I'm stuck dealing with the same issues all over again. Really disappointing.
