  I usually do not leave a review but in this circumstance it feels appropriate. I received a call from my wife at 11:00 am that our water was out. I quickly contacted Rowan Well Drilling who put in a service order and said they will do the best to get someone out. That was all I could ask. By 12:30 pm a technician was at our house and let us know our pump went out and needed to be replaced. They knew a family could not be without water and they went to work immediately. Before 3:00 pm the same day they replaced the pump and had our water working again. Wonderful family owned company who actually cares. I highly recommend for all their various services.

  Austin and Corey were fantastic! Both very professional and friendly. Explained everything ,offered recommendations and left quotes without pressure to purchase. Even turned around and came back to apply bug repellent around my well. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so very much!!!

  On April 28, 2026 I had Rowan Well company come out to replace my irrigation pump. The company sent out George and Kaleb who brought the new pump and associated parts. They were two of the MOST PROFESSIONAL, experienced, polite individuals that has done work for me as a senior citizen I have supervised over a hundred employees at one time in my career and these two would be among any that I would choose to do work for me. Thank you for a job well done!

  I had a birthday party planned and had woke up to no water in my house. I called Rowan Well Drilling and they immediately sent someone to fix it. George and Kaleb were very knowledgable. They were very honest and wrote up prices for different scenarios. They gave recommendations and got the well fixed within a couple of hours. I really appreciate their help, work, and time.
