  Smooth, educational experience with George and Kaleb leading our well drilling journey. After dowsing for the target spot, drilling took place 9 weeks later. At 200 feet they hit 60 gpm.   I NEVER write reviews because I don't think it's generally in my best interests, but the circumstances here are such that I really feel compelled to write this review. Recently (Aug 2nd 2026) we had an issue with our well pump, the controller for which is located in our basement utility room - we had some water penetration through the foundation that got into the conduit of the well pump electrical line and made it's way into the controller box. It burned out the controller and we lost water throughout our house. This happened during a big rain storm on a Sunday afternoon and on my wife's birthday! My wife and I were trying to figure out what to do - having no idea who to call or even where to start - and we saw the sticker on our reservoir tank about Rowan Well Drilling. When we built the house they were the company that did the work and I recalled working with Todd Adams, the owner, back then and how great he was. So, we took a chance and called hoping they were still in business and might hear my voicemail on Monday morning. Not only did they answer the phone, they agreed to help us out and put us on the schedule first thing in the morning today (Monday, August 3rd). Travis Adams, the son, called us first thing in the morning to tell us he was on his way and he and Corey were here by 9AM!! They quickly diagnosed the issue, answered all my questions - and I am known to ask lots and lots - and had us back up and running in very short order to my wife and daughter's delight. Not only that, but they even tested our water for us, looked at some other issues we've been having, and provided advice on our and existing filtration and irrigation systems. We're going to be doing more work with them in the future. Amazing folks, doing amazing work (maybe that should be their company motto!). If you're thinking of giving them a call, don't hesitate.
