  A Well Emergency at 1:30… Fixed by 4:00! Outstanding Team!!! We live in Mount Ulla just off 801, and recently had an unexpected emergency when a delivery driver accidentally backed over our well housing — ripping out wiring, damaging the well, and shattering the cover. The delivery company handled their part professionally and immediately told us to call someone who could come out right away, assuring us they would cover the cost. Being new to the area, I reached out to my real estate agent, who has consistently helped us with great referrals. She contacted Rowan Well Drilling, and their team entered an urgent work order immediately. The Delivery company contacted them as well to confirm the emergency service. The incident happened around 1:30 PM, and Rowan Well Drilling arrived by 2:45 PM. They got straight to work and had our well and wiring repaired by 4:00 PM. They will be replacing the housing, and while they were here, they also installed a shut-off valve for our home’s water line for a very minimal cost — something I really appreciated. The technicians Corey & Travis were courteous, professional, efficient, and thorough! They even cleaned up all the debris from the damaged well house. Their quick response turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend Rowan Well Drilling for any well-related needs. Their professionalism and responsiveness exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for how well everything turned out.

  George and Corry arrived today ahead of schedule. Very Professional and was impressed with there knowledge and quality of work a equipment used was top quality. I can't believe that changed out my whole system on a Sunday. They are for sure going to he my well go to people.

  Austin was terrific. He was very communicative and explained everything in detail to fix our problem that was caused by someone else. Very professional. He also gave us good info on ongoing maintenance needs for our well. Rowan installed our well originally and it’s worked great ever since. They even credited us for an outlet that was installed but not finished with wiring and made good on that mistake 2 years later, which is another prime example of great customer service. I highly recommend this company for all your well needs.

  George and Kaleb are first class water experts!! Not only were they both laser-focused on the process the entire time they drilled our new construction water well, but they spent time educating us on dowsing rods (which I’m now a believer!), underground water, contaminants, filtration, etc. They hit 15 gpm at 300 feet, while our neighbors have 700+ foot wells with less pressure. We couldn’t be happier with George and Kaleb from Rowan Drilling and HIGHLY recommend them!
