  We recently closed on our new Ashton Woods townhome, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Nikki and Ben were super helpful! They answered every question we had quickly and thoroughly. Everything was communicated well during our walkthroughs, and everything was completed on time. They truly made the purchasing process super easy, and the build quality of the townhome is excellent. In fact, the third-party inspection company we hired said it was one of the cleanest inspections he had ever done. We couldn’t be happier, and we highly recommend Ashton Woods!

  I have had the best experience buying my townhome from Ashton Woods. Nicki has been amazing and so helpful! She has answered all of my questions and made the process so smooth. Ben has been so patient working through how to use all the features of the house and making sure it was in pristine condition before and after moving in. I would recommend working with this team to anyone looking to move into a new build!

The community itself is beautifully designed, and the quality of construction and attention to detail in my home is truly impressive. A huge part of what made this journey so seamless was Nicki Cramer, the Community Sales Manager. From the very first interaction, Nicki was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a smooth and stress-free experience. She was always available to answer questions, walked me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, and went above and beyond to ensure all the details were handled. Her communication was top-tier, and you can tell she really cares about her buyers — not just the sale. Move-in day was just as amazing. Everything was ready, the home was in excellent condition, and the entire Ashton Woods team made the transition feel effortless. It’s clear they take pride in delivering a quality product backed by exceptional customer service.
