  Realtor here. I am currently working with my second buyer in this neighborhood. Working with the builder's agents has been an amazing experience both times, especially Diana Fields! There are great incentives and design packages to choose form. We have gotten updates along the way and pictures every week. Great place to buy!

  Overall, Diana was great to work with, and I want to make it clear that she was helpful and professional throughout the process. The concerns I have are not related to her personally, but rather to the quality of the home and the HOA. My two main complaints are the debris and nails underneath the carpet and the condition of the HOA-maintained grass. There is debris underneath the carpet that I can feel when walking, and I have also had random nails poke through, which has been extremely frustrating and disappointing in a new home. My other major concern is the HOA landscaping. The grass has so many weeds that it looks terrible compared to the other side of the community. I have brought this up to the HOA several times, but it seems like their only solution is to mow the grass down rather than actually address the weed problem. When I ask why the grass looks so different from the other side of the community, I feel like my concerns are brushed off. I really like my home and enjoyed working with Diana, but I do hope the builder and HOA take these concerns more seriously and work toward actually resolving them rather than simply covering them up.

  My wife and I had an excellent experience working with the Ashton Woods team. From the very start when we were touring model homes the sales team was extremely knowledgeable and had several model homes available for us to see before pulling the trigger. They were able to work with our wants and desires for a home and were transparent on pricing and availability from the start. Once we decided to select Ashton Woods, the experience only got better. We received weekly photo updates of our home, great communication on progress from the construction team, and a quality build that had virtually zero issues arise during inspections. You often hear horror stories of what you get when building a home but Ashton Woods used quality materials, contracted expert builders, and ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the process. Even after we closed on our home, the team has been very responsive to any questions that have arisen and really cemented our view that Ashton Woods is one of the best builders around. Big shout out to our sales agent Diana Fields, construction manager Elmer Mateo-Estrada, and realtor Matt Martin for making all of this come together so well!!

  Elizabeth and her team at Ashton Woods are truly amazing! Elizabeth always kept us updated throughout the entire process while our home was being built, and she was always so helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. Jason, the project manager is also amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our home was finalized beautifully. Ashton Woods is a beautiful community, and we are so happy to call it home!
