- CRCristin Ruggs6 days ago1.0The man was very nice and knowledgeable but i feel Like 200 dollars just to change a fuse was highly overpriced man wasnt there for an hour. 29 dollars to come out which wasn’t an issue but by the time they charged for the fuse and the taxes it came up to 196.00. After i left A two star review the lady called me and asked me to change it so now I’m dropping it to a one star.

(Ted and Spencer-I hope/I'm terrible with names) Professional, caring, thorough. They took the time to explain things to me. I appreciate that I can join the membership and be protected + save money. Furthermore, they came quickly at my time of need. And the cherry on top - the prices are fair and reasonable (and less than the others I called)! I can not recommend our local Mr Sparky enough! If you miss being treated like a valued customer whose hard earned money matters, choose Mr Sparky of Salisbury (in Rockwell). Thanks again Lydia, Ted and Spencer!
- JHjames helmsJul 26, 20265.0I kept having trouble with an outlet that Mr. Sparkey installed cause I had someone else to install another outlet and they messed up not Mr. Sparkey. My service technician Ted is awesome he kept coming back to the house to try and resolve the issue. It stumped him at first and finally figured out the problem. He came to my house late one night after a hard day working and fixed the problem and I have them scheduled for another service later. I strongly recommend them and ask for Ted he is awesome and very professional and knowledgeable. Lydia is also an asset on the phone. I will recommend them to my friends and family. They r truly worth hiring and worth the money.
