I called Evans and a tech was here in 40 minutes and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes upon arrival. This while also being July 4th Holiday. Evans Air went above and beyond and the cost was affordable and fair.

She performed a temporary fix (which I greatly appreciate in this heat), and is coming back out to fix it for good! I've had issues with my HVAC system every single summer since I moved in 4 years ago and every other company just put a bandaid on it. Very grateful that my home warranty connected us with Evans Air!
