  I'm on Capitol heading to work this morning I look over and see a Tri-City box truck in the driver is drinking a tall boy Budweiser wouldn't hire these guys off of they let their drivers drive around with box trucks apparently drunk and it's cool

  Tri city has done two jobs for me and there will definitely be more. No surprises and fair pricing. They kept their schedule and cleaned up well. Definitely recommend

  I just recently built a house and was thoroughly impressed with Mario and the Tri-city insulation team. They were easy to schedule and helped identify a major issue (someone cut out all of the wires in the crawlspace and tri-city noticed it and called so I could come out and diagnosis the situation). They thankfully stopped when they discovered the issue and came back promptly to finish the job when the electrical work was redone. Mario was very responsive and always professional. I would highly recommend them in the future!

  They did an ok job spray foaming our house. Where they lack in is customer service. They gave me a detailed quote, said they’ll be there Friday 100%. Get a email saying it’ll be Monday. Ok no big deal. No one shows up Monday. They come Tuesday, and it takes them 3 days to get it done. I was on a time line because I had drywall coming Thursday. Once they said the finished, we brought drywall in. The next day, we realized they didn’t insulate any doors or windows. That was listed on the original quote and the guy tried to tell me it wasn’t. Well they came out in a day and did the doors and windows. But guy made a big deal out of moving the drywall out of the way like it was going to kill him to do any extra work. If they had completed the job to begin with, you wouldn’t have to be worried about doing extra work. Lastly, when they cleaned the garage to foam, instead of pushing everything to an accessible side, they shoved it all under the landing. Thanks for the extra work in cleaning that out! Like we don’t already have enough...
