  Quick service; control board is much more expensive than others. Negatives: left the attic light on and the attic pull-down ladder unfold when leaving. Also, did not communicate with the on-site resident before leaving.

  Repaired broken water pipe buried in my front yard. Got the very muddy job done fairly quickly. I actually felt bad for him (he was covered in mud) after hand digging to get to the water line which was about 3 feet deep. Works great now and hopefully no more problems!!

  Dorrell Ingram and other technicians have always been up front about process and pricing. Straight forward approach is always appreciated as they’re clearly trying to troubleshoot issues or get ahead of any potential problems rather than trying to upsell.

  Unorganized, questionable integrity, and qaulity. Buyer Beware. Quoted and charged for 2 guys and 2 days to do a plumbing job. Ended up with 1 guy for 2 days and a 2nd guy for the final 4 hours. Called back next morning for leaks inside the wall and crushed pipes behind drywall from their new install. Could go on and on, but ultimately would NOT recommend.

  I needed a new water heater and needed it right away. They were able to start the job that day. The water heater they sell I feel good about. The quality of the job was five stars and was performed by Marcus Carter. He knew exactly what he was doing, took a lot of pride in his work and was very respectful. I use the same company for my HVAC and an electrical repair after a lightning strike.
