  Dorrell from Swift Brothers Plumbing,Heating And Air. came out today to Diagnose a problem with my thermostat, which was Not working, And had no power to my AC unit. After carefully going over and Diagnosing several issues he came across the problem And had got my thermostat working and my AC running again. . Dorrell Was very nice and patient with the questions I was asking. This company put my Heating And Air conditioning unit in about 4 to 5 years ago And they did a great job then and did a great job now with very reasonable pricing .The technician Dorrell Who came out to fix the problem was top-notch.   This was truly an amazing experience. Such great customer service all the way through. Just picture the scenario: you and your family return home on the Fourth of July after being out of town for three days. It’s 101° outside, everyone is hot and ready to go inside and relax. You have family coming the next day to stay for the week. You walk inside your house to unpack only to learn the AC has gone out and the entire house is 87°! Everyone is already hot and tired from the travel, it’s Saturday and a holiday! What company is going to help you on the Fourth of July and a Saturday with a same-day emergency HVAC repair? Swift Bros! I called swift Brothers and explained the situation. They immediately dispatched a technician who was here and working on our unit in 15 minutes! He quickly identified the problem, which was a blown capacitor. He clearly explained the options to me, he already had the replacement part in his truck and was able to complete the repair within 30 minutes. From the initial phone call to service repair complete was less than one hour!!! I still can’t believe how quick they were to respond. Omar was great and worked hard in some brutal heat. Swift took pictures of all the work, including the new parts and all was emailed to me same day for my records. Swift saved the day for my family this 4th of July. Great customer service! In a world where customer service often feels dead or gone, Swift Brothers delivered.

  Ethan went the extra mile for us late on a Sunday night. He ran 95 feet of Jetty to clear the terrible water backup we were experiencing. He was kind, thoughtful snd understanding of the issue we were experiencing. He is the best!!

  I had a leak in the ceiling and Swift Brothers Plumbing was able to put me on schedule and came on time. Marcus Carter was very professional and knowledgeable about our options. He took care of our plumbing leak on the same day! Thank you!
