  I can’t say enough good things about these guys. My installation, from design to post insulation service, has been fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love my system and feel I am getting every penny’s worth from the installation.

  Big thanks to Yanni Madonis and everyone at Southern Energy Management for our solar panel and battery backup system design and installation. The system has been in place and operating for just over a month and we couldn’t be more pleased with it ( a negative $10 Duke Power bill for April was icing on the cake!). From initial design through permitting, installation, and activation the crew at Southern Energy Management was friendly, professional, and very competent. If you are considering adding solar to your home, I highly recommend Southern Energy Management!

  I am generally not one for leaving reviews of the businesses and services I use. However, I am compelled in this case because I am so overwhelmingly impressed by the quality of communication, work, and product delivered by SEM. From our initial conversations with Randy 18 months ago, design visit and consultation with Jeremiah, the panel install by David and his team, the electrical install by Hunter, the inspection coordination with Sean, and your weekly updates and communications - every single interaction with SEM has been competent, considerate, and professional. I regret not getting the names of all team members on site during the install day, but I talked to all of them and found the same to be true across the board (special shout out to Wes, whose name I did get). As you likely know, that combination of attributes is rare across such a diversity of people and skill sets and I am impressed - even harder to bring it all together in a complicated product. You have in me a very satisfied customer, confident in the functionality of the system we have purchased and any ongoing support we may need over time. You have a great team there, no doubt a product of high quality and supportive leadership. Please keep it up, and please extend my deepest thanks to the entire team!

  Great company. Works with their customers to provide what they want/need, take care of everything with permits, scheduling with your electric provider, explaining what’s involved, all the hurdles you have to make/do to get everything working properly. Great communication throughout and help with all the rebates after everything is installed. Love having the app that explains what’s going on with the batteries, solar, grid and your home.
