  Carey and Adam were very professional. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction and called me to tell me when they would be here each day and where the process was at the end of each day. Kept us informed as the project proceeded. Very happy with their work!

  RestoPros was great to work with. I had an HVAC leak that ruined a couple of rooms in my finished basement and they took care of all the water mitigation. They showed up on-time and always gave me a heads up to give me enough time to get my dogs put up before they came. They were so friendly, responsive, and wonderful to work with, especially Derek, Branson, Carey, and Jacob. They even handled most of the homeowner's insurance adjuster questions on my behalf. A great company and great crew. Would hire again if I need them (but hopefully I won't!). Water damage is no joke and these guys did a great job.

  I can't say enough great things about this company. They are quick to respond, and extremely thorough Kevin, Adam, and Anthony put my mind at ease during this horrible nightmare. Kevin went above and beyond to help my situation and made things so much more manageable. I would for sure recommend this company to everyone who is in need of and water restoration and mitigation. A big thank you to all of you and to Derrick for responding as fast as he did to assess the situation.

  I had an outstanding experience with RestoPros of Raleigh. Branson and Jacob were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the drying process, and made sure the job was done right. They treated my home with care, worked efficiently, and before leaving they removed all of the equipment and even wiped down the surfaces to clean up any remaining dust. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier for my family. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend RestoPros of Raleigh, especially Branson and Jacob, to anyone who needs water damage restoration services. Thank you both for an excellent job!

  What a relief it was to have these guys come through to handle our flooding insurance claim. They were an absolute joy to work with in an otherwise very stressful time. Left the house cleaner than it was when they came and made sure any and all of our questions and concerns were answered and heard. They were patient with us and explained every step of the way so clearly and kindly. They were thorough and really made us feel confident about our understanding about the process. Very careful to contain their work and mess and really just 2 guys who are really working in the right field! Thanks Kevin and Anthony! We are grateful to have had you guys on our project appreciate your detailed work and education you left behind!
