  I needed someone same day. They ended up squeezing me in, and identifying the problem quickly I got a super fair price Spencer and Luis were my techs, Both super friendly and knowledgeable

  Mister Sparky is our go to after an emergency call during a 90 degree power outage in our home after hours. The tech who answered our call stayed in the phone w us to try to trouble shoot for a long while since there were no evening slots available for a tech. Then he communicated updates the next morning. Spencer, our tech, is amazing. Ok- now I’ll tell you why. He had great communication before he even arrived. He sent 2 messages with arrival updates. He has a GREAT personality, great customer service, knew quickly what was wrong and advised of future things to consider. I’m so happy we went with this company and we will work with them again to update our equipment

  We had a great experience with Pilar and Mr. Sparky. Pilar was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through all of our options in a way that was easy to understand and even brought several important considerations to our attention that we hadn’t previously thought about. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance and excellent customer service. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions gave us a lot of confidence as we plan our home improvement project. We truly appreciate her expertise and look forward to working with Pilar and the Mr. Sparky team once we’re ready to move forward. Highly recommend!
