  Excellent Plumbing Service The plumber James Devoe from michael and son was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting the job. I knew this was not an easy repair, especially because it involved the plumbing on my cold plunge, but he handled it very well. It took about two hours to complete the repair, and everything is now working perfectly. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and the care he put into the job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable plumber. Great service from start to finish!

  Yousef came by to diagnose the issue I was having. I had already eliminated some possibilities and rather than disregarding my info, he was receptive and went straight to the steps I was unable to perform myself. He quickly identified the problem, then we confirmed and he helped explain everything he was doing and why. He didn't charge me for anything extra and it felt like he could have if he wanted to. Result was more than we could fit during his visit, so this review is of his efforts and that cost specifically. Thanks Yousef! I can't add two reviews, so including Tyler in this one. He helped get me the system I needed ordered, with discount and worked with me a little on the price too. Not pushy, didn't try to convince me I needed something I didn't. Thanks Tyler!

  Paris at Michael & Sons is installed my new State direct vent, gas water heater, added a new expansion tank, relocated pex water line and added a new shut off to the water main in my home. Very satisfied with his work. Most people can do the work, but their attitude sucks, especially when a homeowner requests certain things such as cleaning up an area that hasn't seen day light since my house was built. He was patient an polite which was the main reason I moved forward with the installation. He's a well versed tech and an asset to the company. Not to mention he provided a discount because of additional services that he suggested. The new water heater output is amazing and the installation is clean. Very satisfied.

  I have typically had a good experience with Michael & Son, however, I needed hot water heater repair and I called, made an appointment and I got a window of 1:00-3:30. A tech called at 3pm and said they were on the way. Well 1 1/2 hours later they still didn’t show. I called and spoke to “dispatch” and they told me that the tech (Angel) that called had been reassigned to another job and this guy wasn’t even my original tech. My original tech (Jason) was apparently still on a job. I received NO CALL that the tech that called wasn’t coming. They couldn’t even tell me when I would see anyone! Very poor customer service. I am very disappointed at their customer service. The gentleman that heard my complaint was very apologetic , however, that didn’t help that my time was lost and my hot water heater is still broken. I have purchased 2 A/C units and a full house generator from them and I have never had such bad service as I had today. Totally disappointed.

  Started having major water pressures in my kitchen sink late in the day Wednesday and was able to get someone out first thing on Thursday. Mike Glavin helped me out with the faucet and identified the means to mitigate further plumbing issues with the town water supply that could result in additional repairs at my home. Even though it wasn’t planned, he was able to install a water filtration system same day! I really appreciate the clear concise plan of action, advisement on cost, and instructions for maintenance moving forward associated with the system. I hadn’t initially anticipated a larger job with increased cost but Mike also advised the company offers financing if needed. Would recommend their services to anyone in the area who appreciates prompt attentive work.
