Each person was reliable, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, always on time, genuine and exemplifies the company FLOW philosophy which is: Faith driven service-Lead with courage and joy-One team-Walk in integrity. They really are a well oiled machine team! Plus, the pricing was very reasonable. Matthew’s is our go to plumber for any future needs. We highly recommend them!

He diagnosed our two concerns, clearly explained each issue and how they should be resolved, completed the work, and cleaned up. Our key issue was drywall evidence of a leak from the wall-mounted faucet for the bathtub. We were uncertain of the cause, but Josh pieced together the evidence to solve the mystery. The cartridge was failing and because a replacement is no longer available, a full valve and cartridge replacement was needed. We had anticipated this possibility, based on prior experience with our shower faucets, and had purchased new parts, that Josh fitted.

My initial contact was Customer service they were great. Answered all my questions and got me scheduled for an estimate the same day. Jame arrived right on time. He identified the problem, gave me some valuable info about how to avoid this issue again and provided the estimate. James was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly installed the new water heater without delay. Mathew Plumbing is lucky to have him on the team. Mathew Plumbing will be my go to when I need plumbing services.
