  Tommy came to our house within an hour of scheduling. He is super knowledgeable and also able to communicate clearly & effectively. He taught me a significant amount about the issues we have and how to maintain going forward. Would recommend the company & Tommy specifically to anyone!

  I would give 10 stars if I could! Absolutely the best. My bathroom leak repair/renovation had some unexpected issues but they made the whole process so easy. Wonderful people, communication, flexibility with scheduling. I can’t say enough good things about Josh, Matthew and Daniel. They gave me options, worked to stay within my budget and made suggestions which I so appreciated (having no knowledge of plumbing). Will definitely call them when I’m ready to update my other bathroom!

  Beware! When you call,and get their ai-based phone answering and tech scheduling system, you won't get a truthful appointment time! It's designed to string the customer along without actually spending any human effort to contact the service techs or update customers about what's actually happening. I first went to their office in person, described the problem, gave address and phone contact info to set up a service call. Was assured that they would call and schedule a repair next day. That never happened. When we called to inquire, apparently no record of the visit was logged in the system,we had to repeat all that info. The ai computer scheduled a 10am to 1 pm appt. When that never happened, we called again and the AI computer rescheduled for 1 o 3 pm. No reason given. When that never happened, the computer then said the tech was having lunch and would contact us with eta. The actual tech texted us at 330, but he was at the wrong address across town (spelling error). He arrived at 430,and was actually great,and diagnosed and fixed the plumbing problem in 30 minutes. But we wasted all day dealing with the crappy scheduling system that never gave a straight answer. Very frustrating!

  They showed up on time and fixed the toilet. But they were WAY overpriced. Almost $400 for 15 minutes of work to replace a couple toilet parts. UPDATE Thanks for the response. When I talked to your customer service representative on the phone, she suggested that a simple repair would cost somewhere around $75. You can imagine my surprise when after committing to the service call fee, I was informed that it would cost $400. That’s a deceptive conversation and I don’t appreciate the bait and switch. If you want to make it right, issue a partial refund. Otherwise, my review stands.
