  Installers were very respectful, nice, and courteous. Great experience, would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their siding, and windows done. The project manager Justin was great and did a magnetic sweep around my home. Fast and good.

  I've tried to hold off posting this but it's at a point it needs to be done. What started out a a good process has ended up with work completion problems and lack of communication. The siding work was completed on April 24th and the reinstall of exterior lighting resulted in a dead electric circuit in both bedrooms. Fast forward to May 14th and still no electric and no front exterior light. Two calls to the main company customer service have resulted in no call backs offering solutions or assistance. The job crew additionally broke the exterior pane of our sliding glass door, certainly understand things happen and they set about correcting the problem by installing new glass. However the installed glass was dirty and could not be cleaned. Repeated requests for remedy have not been addressed. The contractor puts it on Home Genius and vice versa. The Home Genius solution is to refer to the subcontractor over and over to fix the problems. The short of it is I hired Home Genius not the subcontractor that was based 3 hours away from Job site. Home Genius can't seem to figure out that they could just send someone out to fix the issues and then deal with the subcontractor on the back end. Would not use them again. There is a glaring lack of follow through on e job is completed.

  My wife and I hired Home Genius exteriors to replace our 40 year old Masonite siding with vinyl. They conducted an excellent walk around and added replacement of rotted corner boards as well. Their project managers at every level were attentive and kept in touch daily. The crew that did the work were efficient, hard working craftsmen who knew their stuff. The project manager who directly oversaw the job was warm, personable, and responsive, and did a great job resolving unexpected problems when they arose, such as the need to add a layer of sheathing to bring the house up to code. He and the crew paid attention to detail, doing everything to make sure we were happy with the job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent result!

  I had a phenomenal experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Our sales rep, Ethan, was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Our project manager, Justin, was a delight to work with. He checked in on all stages of the project, and reassured me that the project was being completed efficiently and quickly. Luis and his crew were professional, friendly, and well-accommodating. Their work was beautiful! The crew cleaned up the whole area site and made sure the job made the home look brand new. I recommend this company, especially these particular individuals, to anyone and everyone.
