  We were so pleased with the new siding and how great it looks. Luis CC and his crew were the best. They were friendly, hard working and cleaned up so well it doesn’t even look like they were here. The sales team was great and the project managers were the best we’ve worked with. Would highly recommend them.

  Ethan and Luis did a phenomenal job on our windows. From the beginning, his communication was so great. He made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. He was on site and made sure it went seamlessly. He delivered on every promise home genius made even after running into issues with our last project manager. This company goes above and beyond and Ethan is the definition of that. I would recommend him and home genius to anyone that is looking to get windows done. Our windows have significantly reduced our energy bills and they look absolutely beautiful. What a great experience it was working with HGE.

  There are some 2 stars, some 3 stars and a couple of 5 stars for the work this company did for me. We had our siding replaced, the trim/moulding replaced, gutters and gutter guards. A reasonably large undertaking, but their price was reasonable. The job started while we were out of town. Bad call. Heavy hammering means lots of things come off walls and out of cupboards. Siding went up well, but attention to detail for some other elements went to the wayside. Outside faucets were not finished off, (lots of finger pointing) and some of the trim and caulking was not great. Needed several returns of guys to complete a poorly finished job to a better standard. Our front door was the main focus for us and the original finish looked terrible and unacceptable. A resolution was found and trim supplied to finish this part of the project took over 6 weeks. Again, plenty of finger pointing between guys doing siding/trim, and others. Finally, because people only get paid when they complete the job, a senior project manager (I think his title) Drew Ji came back on to the scene and was quick to see what was missing, what was needed and was able to start the process of completion very quickly. Although the job is still not totally complete, I have greater confidence now that Drew has taken charge to see the job through. Thanks to Justin too for doing what he could, when he could. Overall the workmanship is very good, and I'm happy with our overall result. The difference between good and excellent is in the details, and it was the details that was generally lacking. It was improved, but it was needlessly taking too long. When you are getting a quote, be sure you understand what's being included, and ask, "What is being omitted that I should be aware of?" or something like that - make sure they aren't forgetting something. It's been a common theme apparently and that's not good for business. I'll add an addendum to this review on completion of the job, and if necessary reevaluate my overall review assessment.
