( our doors are used a lot) Custom Door and Gate are by far the best I have used. They came out the next day and Alfonso is top notch!!! We had 8 doors in need of service and repair. They fixed them quickly and correctly and were very cautious about working around our customer's cars and staying out of our way the best they could to complete the repairs. I will never call anyone else!
- MKMegan KohtzJun 18, 20261.0My husband called Custom Door and Gate in Greenville NC to replace a broken torsion spring on our garage door on Tuesday morning and booked service appointment to Friday afternoon. On Friday morning they called to re-book to Thursday afternoon the following week due to a worker calling out sick (they said). Then Thursday afternoon, they just did not turn up. I called the office at 3pm and got an answering machine. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
