  Justin and Jake were professional, respectful and removed our heavy bedroom furniture/bulky mattress set in no time. Would absolutely recommend for similar jobs.

  I felt like I lived in a junkyard because my kids kept throwing garbage in my front yard and now it’s beautiful. All of the trash is gone. The beds are gone. The bed frames are gone. Everything that got thrown in my yard is gone and it looks like a yard again the guys were wonderful. I highly recommend them.

  I'm busy, and I don't like to wait. Made the appt at 1 am online, took 1 minute, for a same day service, on a holiday weekend. They called to confirm that morning, arrived on time, grabbed my old mattress, I paid, and they were gone....for cheaper than the mattress companies 'old mattress take-away' charge...after I tipped the workers. It took longer to write this review than my entire service set up and appt. I love quick, effective work, and will call again to remove any other items I need gone.

  First time we have used Count Junkula and we are very happy with the service. The team texted in advance of their arrival and were quick to get to work. They immediately provided the estimate and once approved they got right to work. Matt and Justin were great and very personable. Need junk removed? Call the count; you won't be disappointed.

  We recently used the services of Count Junkula Junk Removal. The process of calling to make an appointment was easy, and the staff was pleasant, helpful, and was able to accommodate a same-day appointment. That was very helpful as we were on a short time schedule for removing the item and having something else delivered. They gave us an estimated time window of arrival and also texted the information. The driver called when they were on the way. Chris and team arrived and made quick work of removing the item. They were efficient, courteous, and polite. The only "con" of the experience was the way quoting the job is handled. They only make a quote when they arrive on site. If you agree to it, then the items are taken on the spot, which is a good thing. But it doesn't allow you to shop your options ahead of time for the best price. We think providing customers an estimate cost based on item(s) being removed would be helpful, especially in our situation where it was one item, a bed, that could be easily described when making the appointment. The removal cost was a bit more than we could have expected so an estimate would be helpful. All in all it was a good experience with Count Junkula Junk Removal.
