  So glad I found Bill at Certified Indoor Air. We are in the process of purchasing a new home and asked for specific mold testing to be completed. I have severe asthma, so I wanted to be 100% sure the house was free of mold. Bill took the time to explain the testing in depth and answer all of my questions with 100% honesty. If you are wanting to get mold testing conducted, I strongly suggest using Certified Indoor Air.

  Contacted Bill due to an odor I began to notice in our home and having upper respiratory symptoms to follow. Being a new first time mom and having a mold allergy and autoimmune disease, I knew I needed to have everything inspected for peace of mind. Bill contacted me in a timely manner and asked all the right questions. He validated my suspicions and supported my decisions to investigate. He was extremely kind and relatable which helped the process as many people in this industry (I used to work in property management) does patch jobs and doesn't validate the homeowner/renter. Within the next 24 hours his team was out inspecting our home for mold. They were extremely kind, thorough, and explained the entire process as we completed a walk through together. The entire process took two hours. Within three business days I received an email with the results and Bill walked me through what was found, process to remediate, and ways to prevent mold and allergens to protect our home and our family. Being someone who takes home health matters seriously, he was extremely professional and supportive. If you are concerned about your environment, have a hunch something isn't right, or wants to dive further in prevention, Certified Indoor Air is the right choice.
