  Very honest and credible service provided by a good family. They were responsive and able to provide legitimate explanations for everything without creating a conflict of interest and still giving me all the necessary interpretations without over-hyping certain results. I especially knew I made the right decision when they were able to cite the exact statute in NC’s Real Estate law that could apply to my situation (not to provide legal advice or anything, but it stood out to me because that indicated a level of care for their business I haven’t experienced in very many other places). I would happily recommend.

  Horrible experience. Not only was it extremely expensive, they never followed up and retested the main area that had mold even after payment. William dolch was good to work with, but his son David was horrendous. Extremely rude and abrasive both in person and on the phone. They scheduled an appointment without confirming the date that I was unable to attend, I called 3 days in advance to reschedule. The lady who answered the phone confirmed that it was rescheduled. David still came out on the previous day when I was at work and when I answered the phone and told him I rescheduled the appointment he started yelling and being very unprofessional when clearly there was a lack of communication within the company. When he did eventually come back out, he didn’t bring the proper supplies to patch the wall that had previously tested positive for black mold. We asked for him to come back when it could be properly patched up because we didn’t want to risk being exposed to black mold if it was still there. He got an attitude about it and said we would have to pay an additional fee for him to return. It’s not our fault he came out and didn’t have the proper supplies when he knew in advance which areas we wanted retested! Then they never walked through the test results. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

  Bill and his team are awesome! From the first call, they spent time with me on the phone explaining the process and answering my many questions. Once they got to my home to do the inspection, they were so nice and explained everything in detail to me what they were doing. Dave was great and so helpful!

  I am so glad I had an assessment done by Certified Indoor Air and opted for Air and Swab analysis. They found high mold in my bedroom wall - the room I sleep in every night! The company was very professional and knowledgeable. The feedback session on my results was so informative. The best thing I did was to get the assessment done. I will do the remediation in my room and enjoy getting my health back.

  We noticed a musty odor in our indoor air and called Certified Indoor Air, Inc. to do tests for mold and other related issues. David and Dan did a thorough and professional job, finding issues I didn't see myself. They showed me where the problems existed, did air samples and swab samples, suggested what I should do to remediate. The test results were back to me in three days, easy to understand and print out. We set up a phone consultation, I spoke with Bill Dolch. He explained things in detail, easy to understand. All three were as friendly as could be. And since their job was testing and inspection only, no pressure to get someone to fix the issues, just the facts! Superb all around, happy we chose this company. Highly recommend calling Certified to test for problems. Thanks guys!
