  We have had an amazing experience with Carolina Inhome Flooring! Starting with Marco reaching out to schedule, then Thomas and Kent replacing/staining/polyurethaning our half bath floor (complete with hanging lots of plastic minimizing dust!). Thomas actually matched the stain to the existing 29 year old hardwood floor! And a shoutout to the Nina who checked in with me. They underpromise, overdeliver, show up as promised AND Marco just called me to confirm that we were satisfied. WOW!!!

  We had engineered hardwood installed in two bedrooms and new carpet installed in our home theater, and the entire experience was excellent. What really impressed us wasn't just the quality of the work (which was outstanding), but how easy this company was to work with from start to finish. Our project became a little unique because we decided to build a custom home theater seating riser several months after the original flooring was installed. They had no problem coming back, perfectly matching the existing carpet, and wrapping the new riser so everything looks like it was done at the same time. You'd never know it was a second phase of the project. They were also incredibly flexible throughout the process. They even agreed to wait until the riser project was finished before collecting the final payment, which really showed they cared more about making sure the job was completed the right way than simply getting paid. Communication was always prompt, the installers were professional, and whenever we had a question or needed something, they were quick to respond and happy to help. It's rare to find a contractor that's this committed to customer satisfaction. We only got two quotes, so I can't say whether they were the cheapest, but their pricing was fair. More importantly, the quality of the work, their professionalism, and how easy they made the entire experience were worth every penny. We'll absolutely use them again for future flooring projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
