We did not feel any effort was going into addressing the shape of our kitchen and providing a rendering that actually worked - I’d expressed our primary goals, asked for advice, asked questions, but no help. Then weeks would go by with multiple follow ups but no response, not even to say they couldn’t handle our project. I finally expressed my frustration and told them (Mary and Jeff) we’d be going another direction and again, no response. I only give two stars because the contractor they sent to measure was great. But I still haven’t received from CTG the measurements that we paid for.

Especially beneficial for us was the CAD (computer assisted design) program which allowed for precise configuration and layout options. Cabinets and the countertops were delivered and installed professionally. Sales team was top-notch.
