  I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not contact this company unless you want a drawn out battle with your insurance and lawyers.

  Where do I begin. This was a horrible experience. A job that they said would take them 3 weeks took almost 2 months. The biggest reason for this is after the 3 weeks I was lucky to see one person a week at my property. I had to call ask what was going on everytime they never followed up to make sure that their people were doing what they said they were doing. I already had to tell them. They even paid for guy that didn't even show up. Then when they installed my cabinets wrong, they tried to blame me saying that I didn't give them enough reference photos. Then when they fixed the cabinets they still didn't do it right so my counter tops didn't fit correctly. So they had to go back a third time. Then they changed the holes for the piping of my dish washer so they did the plumping wrong then tried to lie to me saying "that's were the hole originally we're". I actually had photo to show their boss where the original pipe was and it was moved. This also one of the reasons that they had to redo my cabinets and a part of the floor. The rest of it after that is just so many small things, like the water line for the fridge not being turned on (I had Lowe's deliver something and they helped me figure this not not the project manager.) I physically saw the project manager once and the team contractor manager maybe twice. Having to call them multiple for finishers as well. Then when it's all said and done. They left wood, old cabinet pieces, a new cabinet, and pile of wood scrapes by my mailbox. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. The communication, skill and professionalism are just not there. I will say the person that they had to do my floor did a good job even if you can still tell the difference between the new and old floors. 2 of these photos are the reference photos that gave them for what my kitchen looked like before the water damage. Some are the photos are what I sent in when I realized my cabinets where not placed correctly and what they have left.

  Kendall and team did a great job cleaning up the damage from a drain leak in my house. Very professional, communicative, and did the work in a timely manner without cutting corners. I’d recommend BluSky to anyone needing repairs or disaster recovery work.
