  ****Call All Weather Heating and Cooling first!!!! They were my 6th place to call and the first one's to send someone out same day on a holiday, within 1-2 hr** Don't waste your time, energy, or brain power on Blantons!!! Very unprofessional. Never even made it out. Sadly, our AC went out 2 nights before a holiday weekend (of course). Called the day before and they were the first company out of the 4 total I called who said they could send someone out the next day (the actual holiday). So, spent money on a hotel for the night feeling optimistic about getting AC fixed the next day only to get a call with a voicemail first thing in the am about my appointment being rescheduled to Monday (2 days out). When you call the company you automatically get AI and think you're talking to a person until you figure out it's a machine. Finally, after getting through AI you get a real person who is sadly the middle person and can do NOTHING but apologize and repeat themselves about the appointment need ing to be rescheduled. When asking this person why they scheduled me an appointment to begin with if they knew they didn't have enough technicians working the holiday that person said that because I wasn't one of their "WOW members) that my slot went to one of heir members and I got bumped to Monday ...but "don't worry, you are on the URGENT call list in case there is a cancellation ". I'm sorry but this is NOT the way to do business or gain more customers. When I asked to speak or escalate this to the supervisor or manager all I got was, "I'm sorry but none of them are on for the weekend. The best I can do is send them an email." It's honestly very shady and misleading. We won't be bringing our business here.

  Colton did an amazing job explaining the issue with our HVAC and diagnosed it incredibly fast. Because of a major mistake by another large local heating and air company (the one with a dinosaur logo…), Colton had to step in. Due to multiple misdiagnoses from that other company, we were hit with an avoidable $5,000 repair bill. They repeatedly sent out technicians who didn't know what they were doing, charged us for fixes that failed, and on their last visit, even forgot to reinstall a part, which caused our compressor to burn out. Colton was quick to fix the actual problem, and our system is now running better than ever! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Blanton’s!

  Blanton came to our house on Wednesday morning.We had no water. We ended up having to have all of our copper pipe removed. A water softener remover. 2 bathroom 2 showers washer room, anything that had copper had to be replaced with PVC pipe.A blatter tank had to be put in. Jordan Holden was very professional. A excellent plumber. We should have had two people here to do the job. Jordan had to come in early and stay late every evening. He had a great attitude , great personality, good manners energy and you can tell he enjoys his job. We would recommend Jordan Holden as a great employee for Blanton.   Blanton’s provided excellent service from start to finish. They sent Chris Regan out to drain our water heater and check the faucets throughout the house. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He took the time to make sure everything was functioning properly and answered any questions we had. What really stood out was how respectful he was of our home. He cleaned up after himself and left the area spotless when the job was complete. It’s always great to have a technician who is not only skilled but also courteous and attentive to detail. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Blanton’s and Chris Regan to anyone needing plumbing services.

  I called Saturday at noon for an emergency HVAC issue. Since I was referred by a friend, I was told the dispatch fee would be discounted and that they would try to get someone out Monday, since technicians do not work Sundays. On Monday afternoon, I received a call saying the schedule was full, but I had been added to a “high-priority” list. I was also told I was confirmed for Tuesday between 8 AM and 4 PM, and because of the priority status, it would likely be closer to 8 AM. By Tuesday at 3:45 PM, no one had arrived. Instead, I received texts from an AI agent asking me to reconfirm details about the HVAC issue, even though I had already explained everything in detail twice over the phone. The AI agent then said the earliest availability was now Wednesday between 8 AM and 4 PM, and the dispatch fee was suddenly $104, despite the referral discount I was originally promised. At that point, I called Blanton’s directly after texting that I preferred phone calls. After explaining the situation again to another customer service representative, I was told the AI agent handles scheduling and may have “bugged out,” which apparently caused the confusion and delay. This was terrible customer service at a time when I actually needed help. The process was disorganized, the communication was inconsistent, and blaming the AI system does not fix the fact that I lost multiple days waiting for service that never came. If timeliness and reliability matter to you, I would look elsewhere. Based on my experience, Blanton’s is not dependable when it matters most. Update: The technician came after 4PM, and he resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Blanton's reached out to apologize for the communications issues. They were generous and made sure I had a follow-up representative to talk to if I needed anything else.
