  Air Experts service technicians continue to impress me. I have a annual maintenance contract with AE to perform a bi-annual inspection of my residential HVAC system. Craig C was my tech this time. Craig is new to the company but is highly competent. AE is fortunate to have him. I was a service manager with a Mechanical Contractor years ago and managed HVAC crews so I know a bit about what to look for. If you're looking for honest, competent and knowledgeable technicians, I recommend Air Experts. To me, they're the best in this area.

  Fabulous experience, actually able to speak with a human being and had someone here within about an hour, hot water heater installed the next morning and life was good. Luis was professional and answered every question we had and did a fabulous job. Could not be happier!!

  Water heater not heating. Air Experts arranged for Mike Schaeffer to come shortly after call. He diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the tank fuses, and waited to insure the problem was resolved (it was). He was friendly and kind and careful with our cats. Excellent service.

  I made an online schedule with Air Experts on Sunday, 8/23/2026, and it was so easy and convenient. Mike came the next day, Monday as scheduled. He was friendly and courteous, he even put on shoe covers before entering the townhouse! Mike quickly identified the sewage cleanout issue but needed a part to replace the old cleanout cover. So he made a quick trip to the Home Depot to get the part and came back to fix the problem carefully and professionally. He cleaned everything afterwards. Mike answered all my questions patiently and even gave me an informative direction of how to flush the water heater! The charges were very reasonable. I am impressed by the efficiency of Air Experts online scheduling and Mike’s work ethic. Many thanks to Mike S.!

  We have typically had good service from Air Experts however we are very disappointed with our last scheduled regular maintenance experience with the company. The service itself was fine and the technician seemed to do a thorough job. He was working for quite awhile to provide maintenance to 2 AC units. What was disappointing was that our first scheduled maintenance, (which my husband scheduled purposely because he was off work for the day) was cancelled. We were told it was due to having to provide emergency appointments to other customers. The next offered appointment was for 2 weeks out (this was end of June and now wouldn't be coming until the end of July!). The day of the rescheduled appointment, I received a confirmation text that a technician was coming in the time window we selected. Shortly after, my husband got a call they were going to cancel again for the same reason as before. We said absolutely not, we have been standing customers and pay for the "comfort club" which they claim prioritizes customers. So they changed the time window instead and the technician came later in the day which disrupted plans already made. We're super disappointed that we were pushed out almost a month from the original appointment and then almost cancelled on again. We might be searching for a new company to use now after this experience.
