  Isaac was very thorough and knowledgeable. He has identified and fixed my AC problems that prior two companies failed to address. He also explained his scope of work and recommendations of maintenance in detail, along with supporting pictures. Air Experts office staff were professional and understanding and pleasant to work with. Their price quotes were reasonable as well. I signed up for annual maintenance contract with Air Experts right after the repair was done. Highly recommend this company for HVAC services.

  Air Experts Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is highly recommended and here’s why. A couple of days before the 4th of July, when everyone is on vacation, my two a/c systems had issues. Joseph came out the next morning to assess. 2nd floor compressor shorted out for unknown reasons (It is only a year old and fortunately under warranty). He also discovered a frozen coil and a leak in the 1st floor system. He spent a lot of time thawing it out and topping off the coolant in hopes of getting me through the long weekend. Unfortunately, it was more than a small leak. All was expertly repaired by Joseph on Tuesday, after a very long, hot 10 hr day and just before a tremendous thunderstorm! Joseph and Air Experts were so sympathetic to my situation, very responsive to my calls and really tried to rectify my problems as soon as feasibly possible!

  I called over the weekend because I was really concerned about sickness in our household. I asked air experts if they could come out on an emergency call. They told me the soonest they could get here would be the next Wednesday. I explained that I was concerned about carbon monoxide gases, mold, mildew in our air because we were all sick. I called back a second time to inquire about what kind of air quality checks the technician would do and to make sure he knew about our issues. I asked to speak to the technician they told me I could not do so. When the technician showed up, he knew nothing about our air quality issues so he didn’t bring the appropriate equipment. He was very professional and thorough and clearly knowledgeable. The front office really dropped the ball on two occasions. I learned that we need to spend around $3500 to remediate the situation. However, I’m not willing to give that $3500 to this company.

  Due to a brief power outage my HVAC stopped in its tracks and needed to be reset. The technician at Air Experts did an A++ job of checking out the system inside, outside, and under the house; more, he did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and what I could do in the future to reset the system. "Of course, you know you can always call and we'll come out". Earlier, I was able to communicate my needs via text w/the representative who sold me the unit and, like a good case manager, he vectored me to the right people to call. In turn, those people were also pleasant, professional and understanding. When I had to replace my HVAC system in January, 2026, I felt a little trepidation about changing from my old company. Loyalty, and all that. But a I decided to go with Air Experts, and I am so glad I did. From product discussion and recommendations, installation, accessibility of trained staff, to even the company digital assistants, I could not be more pleased.

  100 degree days and A/C goes out! I have a maintenance agreement with Air Experts, so I called... Jason came out the same afternoon. Sadly, the heart (compressor) of my 16 yr old unit had finely died. We've been babying the system for a few years and I appreciate Air Experts working with me to keep it going until if fully gave out. Jason took time to tell me what he was testing and gave me a quote for the repair. I got 16 yrs, so sales are coming out same day, even on the Holiday weekend. I've been very happy with my systems, service and maintenance from Air Experts.
