  Aiden from Air Experts did an excellent job during our service visit. He had a great attitude the entire time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated his honesty and customer service, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

  I am disappointed in the initial service I received. The junior tech comes out and performs the routine maintenance. He did not check if the system was working before he left. The fan was blowing so all seemed on. 3 hours later the temperature had climbed to 76 degrees. What the tech forgot to do was perform a full shutdown of the system. When he turned the separate components off for service and turned them back on the computer read this as a system error and stopped the coolant from flowing. So after the tech left the system was only blowing air. My disappointment comes from the fact that this is the second time in a row this has happened with the spring AC maintenance. Both times I had to call the office for them to send another tech to address the issue. Meanwhile my house is getting uncomfortable and I was concerned for my pets. A routine maintenance appointment should not shut the system down.

  The experience was above and beyond of what I had expected. Josh, our technician was able to quickly figure out what the issue was, but also explain in a way where I understood other issues that could potentially propose problems in the near future. My Whole family uses this company for any home issues as in my parents and both sisters families And there’s never been Any disappointment with the work done.

  Air Experts gave us an appointment same-day to check out why our thermostat said it was ON but no air was blowing. Damien spent several hours testing many things, and recommended replacement of certain parts. The parts were here the next day and installed the day after. Damian was great in explaining everything and getting a big job done quickly! Best of all, as an EASE Comfort customer, it was all covered! Thank you for making our HVAC hassle-free!

  I can not say enough about Air Experts. And considering I'm looking at a full HVAC replacement----that's sayin' something. The ladies who I spoke with at the office (Tracy, Robin, and another young lady) were so friendly and kind as I booked my appointments. Then today, first Mark came out and not only took time to explain everything and told me my options but took photos and walked me through what was to come if I were to use Air Experts. From there he did me a solid (bc i asked and looked pitiful) and went up into my attic to check my pilot light for me. Above and beyond. And finally, a couple hours later when Patrick and Eric came to my home to explain the EASE program and get my set for my installation tomorrow---I was in literal tears. Just frustration from an unexpected expense and interruption to my week. Within the hour I was signed up and laughing. These two listened to me talk about work, jeopardy, hallmark ornaments, you name it. They turned the day around for me. AND I feel better about this HVAC installation knowing the guarantee and integrity that comes along with Air Experts. Thank you all, sincerely, Leah
