    Pablo has absolutely NO IDEA what he's doing. I was really just looking for a decent quote here, as I already had techs come out to diagnose the issue but they were looking to sell a brand new system judging by their quotes. I presented multiple Fieldpiece data sets to Pablo right when he arrived pointing to my issue and he refused to acknowledge it, instead trying to point to a larger or irrelevant repair that didn't make any sense based on HIS OWN READINGS. After he finally and reluctantly agreed, his execution was worse than amateur. I can't fit all the red flags about this guy's unprofessional and incompetent visit into this tiny review, but they were egregious and probably illegal. He was visibly upset by the end of his visit and still had the nerve to charge me his unearned diagnostic fee out of spite for pointing out his wanting tactics. Can't speak for anyone else but if this tech pops up in your appointment confirmation, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY.

    John C. did a great job with fixing my A/C problems. He found the problem and replaced a contactor, and my system is working well now. He didn't try to sell me on services that I didn't need, and he even fixed a minor problem for free. I appreciated John's thoroughness in check for other problems. My only complaint is that I originally had an appointment for 2PM, but Air Experts scheduling then delayed it to 4PM, and John actually arrived around 4:45PM. I pay the monthly service fee ("Comfort Club"), and I'm on the fence as to whether that's actually worthwhile.

    I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience with Air Experts. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. First, I want to recognize the installation team of Dionicio and Rich, who did an absolutely outstanding job installing, testing, and commissioning our new Lennox 3-ton, two-stage gas pack system. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire installation. It was obvious that they take tremendous pride in their work. An investment like this deserves attention to every detail, and they approached the job with the same level of care and precision they would expect in their own homes. They answered questions patiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was operating exactly as it should before leaving. I would also like to give special recognition to Pablo Salazar in the service department. Pablo performed a very thorough inspection of our old system when it failed. He was professional, honest, and respectful as he explained the repair options and set realistic expectations for our 11-year-old unit. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt informed and empowered to make the best decision for our family and our home. Finally, I truly appreciated the opportunity to work with David Hocutt, who came to our home to assess our needs and recommend a cost-effective replacement system. David took the time to evaluate our living space, consider our home’s layout, windows, and ventilation placement, and understand what mattered most to us—comfort, reliability, and long-term value. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process, helping us select a Lennox system that we believe will serve us well for many years to come. Purchasing a new HVAC system is a significant investment and not something most homeowners look forward to. However, Air Experts made the experience as positive and stress-free as possible. The professionalism, honesty, and craftsmanship demonstrated by If our early experience is any indication of what lies ahead, I would not hesitate to recommend Air Experts to anyone seeking quality HVAC service and installation.     I have a very inconsistent issue with my HVAC. It only happens occasionally with loud noise and the floor vibrates. It's difficult to determine the cause. Joseph Bleich was so sincere and easy to talk to and very pleasant. He was determined to fix the issue with my cooling. He was very honest and said he couldn't find anything obviously wrong but he didn't give up. He went back down to the crawl space a few times and upstairs a couple of times to check the vents. A couple were turned off. He tweaked a few things and reset the thermostat. Told me he'll call next day to see if all the small changes made a difference. He stayed late after 5.and had another client that evening. He was so nice, friendly and reliable. Even though it was late he explained very clearly what to do to try to solve the HVAC Noise. I had confidence in what he did and it worked as far as the cooling. I'd happier hire him again.

    Technician arrived and attempted to correct the issue, but indicated A/C system was operating properly even though the Sensi thermostat had displayed two (2) “system not cooling properly,” messages. Technician changed the filter in Customer’s upstairs unit and stated it was probably the excessive heat that caused the issue. Customer stated that it seems possible that the thermostat could be faulty, but the technician disagreed. Customer asked technician if he had a new thermostat available. Technician stated that he would have to order a new thermostat but did not think it was an issue. Customer stated that he would take a screenshot of the Sensi system error message if it appears again and would notify Air Experts. Customer also wishes to convey that the day before the technician came, Customer had called to report the system message, and Air Experts’ digital answering service received the call. After being offered and declining a technician visit for Monday, June 15, the digital answering service promised a technician would call within 45 minutes. That call never came, and when the problem continued into the next day, Customer, again, dialed Air Experts, and despite it being before the end of the business day, like the day before, was met with the digital service assistant. Realizing, for sure, that AI was involved, Customer demanded and received an actual person. Customer spoke to Briana (sp?) who indicated there was no record that Customer had called on the previous day. Apologizing for our needs not being met, she promised a service call the same day, and she delivered. Customer’s interaction with Briana was the only reason this experience rates any positive feedback. Air Experts needs to fix its Digital Assistant program. It failed this customer on one of the hottest days of the season. Customer would also like to note that this is Customer’s second summer with this system. This wasn’t the first triple-digit heat our region has experienced. This is the first time Customer has experienced a system failure. Customer believes the Technician should have considered this and considered the possibility of a thermostat issue rather than summarily dismissing Customer’s concerns, indicating “no problem” when the equipment clearly read otherwise TWICE. Technician’s advice was to adjust Customer’s thermostat to 60F each night that the region is experiencing such intense heat. Granted, Customer is a lay person, but that would not appear to be sound advice coming from an expert. Perhaps, the Technician could use some additional training in diagnostics.
