  As a landlord I have used Air Experts many times over several years. Their prices are very reasonable and most importantly I have never felt misled or that I was being taken advantage of. So good prices and honest service.

  Absolute proffessionals! Air Experts gave us an appointment same-day to check out why our thermostat said it was ON but no air was blowing. Damien spent several hours testing many things, and recommended replacement of certain parts. He did all of this with a smile on his face. The parts were here the next day and installed the day after. Damien was great in explaining everything and getting a big job done quickly! Best of all, as an EASE Comfort customer, it was all covered at no our of pocket for the service or parts! Thank you for making our HVAC hassle-free! We wouldn't use anyone else!

  Do not trust their diagnoses. Get a second opinion before agreeing to ANY repair. We have maintenance contracts with Air Experts on three properties. On two separate occasions, their technicians recommended costly repairs for problems that simply did not exist. At one property, the tech claimed both the run capacitor and contactor were failing. A second opinion from another contractor found the capacitor within spec and the contactor in near-new condition (see photos). At the other property, a tech diagnosed a bad TXV valve and sent us a large repair estimate. Got a second opinion from another contractor who found zero evidence of a TXV problem. Air Experts only confirmed the correct diagnosis after we complained — and their own senior tech admitted the original diagnosis should have been double-checked before any estimate went out. Two properties. Two incorrect diagnoses. Two outside companies that disagreed. They have friendly techs and fancy trucks, but I can't trust them anymore. We've cancelled all three of our maintenance contracts.

  Air Experts (formerly Raleigh Heating and Air) has always taken very good care of me. They consistently provide excellent customer service. Today, I tried their plumbing service and Nick G. did not disappoint. He communicated well, provided exceptional service, and cleaned everything up when he completed the job. Thank you for taking care of my plumbing needs. I’ll definitely keep y’all in mind the next timeI need plumbing service. One complaint, stop using AI to answer your service calls. The automated assistant is annoying as ….

  After 28 years in our home and dealing with the typical 10-year HVAC failure cycle, my husband and I decided to try the EASE Comfort Program with Air Experts. It has been a fantastic decision. The customer service is top-notch even their AI-driven phone system is efficient and user-friendly. We recently had a lightning strike that fried our thermostat; Damien came out on a Sunday to diagnose it and had us back up and running immediately. They are punctual, professional, and truly oriented toward the customer experience. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind and reliable service.
