They answered the phone and we discussed our situation. They arrived the next morning and diagnosed our problem and we decided to do a full replacement of our two units. They then sent a detailed quote shortly thereafter. The pricing was fair and overall the best option for us over the four companies we looked at. The installation was very smooth and we are very happy we chose them.

He’s professional, communicative, hardworking, and clearly knows his stuff. He was able to diagnose and fix our Freon leak on a tight schedule, which was especially important with our back-to-back rentals. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and will definitely continue using Ken’s Heating & Air Conditioning in the future. Highly recommend!
