- BBbillyJan 3, 20241.0Window world is a significantly problematic company. A simple remodel included the wrong parts, defective parts and many warranty issues. They have no quality measures or process controls so factory defects end up installed in your home. There are much better companies for doors & windows.
- PMpaul mastersJan 22, 20201.0Anyone in Savannah Georgia area, go to South Carolina! Thunderbolt Ga. Window World is terrible. Missed original delivery date by 8 weeks then wrong size. Two 6 ft patio doors were installed backwards had to be cut out with a reciprocating saw which left crazy scratch marks around the frame of the doors. I was told that the siding would cover it! This was a brand new house under construction.

Our house has been colder since we got the windows, light bill is highest it has been in 19 years since we got them installed. There is a draft on all the windows. I used incense to indicate the air flow. I feel like our windows were pieced together. My wife complained to the installers when they came down on one issue and they told her, "what do you expect, you bought the cheapest" . We are using plastic up to the windows to keep out the cold. A $250.00 electric bill with new windows, thermostat is set at 69 and we have a new furnace. What is wrong with this picture.
