  Just finished my initial appraisal HVAC system change with Jay’s Heating Air and Plumbing with their sales representative Nathan Gough. Nathan was very professional, punctual, accommodating, informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. He listened to all of my concerns and requests for my old HVAC unit system to replace and provided a very detailed explanation of their installation process, warranties, unit capabilities/requirements, and pricing breakdown. He was very direct and clear in his explanations. I’m still comparison shopping (and he was good with that). However, I’m impressed with what I heard and have Jay’s as a strong contender for my business.

  Our HVAC repair guy was fantastic! Super friendly, respectful, and incredibly efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed everything without any hassle, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and kind these days. We’re so grateful for the help and would absolutely call again in the future!

  A neighbor recommended this company to us and I’m glad she did! Levi was very helpful, explained everything going on with our unit, and answered all my questions. I didnt feel pressured to do anything or buy any services which was nice! I will be calling this company in future for all my HVAC needs!

  I received a text with Levi’s photo letting me know he would be arriving shortly. I loved that safety precaution. Levi was very friendly and very thorough. He was very accepting of my yapping dog making her feel very much at ease. We were offered the first responder check-up, which was free of charge. He made us aware of some possible fixes or replacements in the future. You always worry that “issues” will be found when being offered a free inspection. Thankfully , he found no immediate issues. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

  Jermaine H. was very polite and kind when he came to do our whole plumbing system check. He called and gave the estimated time he would get here and he arrived properly at that exact time. He took the time to explain everything and answered my many questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We appreciate the evaluation and will be making the upgrades that were suggested to us. My young son even said he hopes Jermaine can come back again next time. If I could give him a 10 star rating I would! Update: Preston helped me with getting financing set up for the work to be done. He is also very knowledgeable and able to answer questions about both the plumbing and HVAC systems that were suggested. He was very kind and patient every time I talked with him (we had multiple calls, my issues…not the companies). Jermaine came back to do our suggested plumbing work. He worked very hard for the majority of the day. He showed lots of patience throughout the day with multiple trips under the house. He was very polite just as before. While he was working on the water heater my son talked with him while he worked. We thought it was nice that he listened to my son and my son enjoyed interacting with him. Jermaine is definitely a great people person and not just “a technician” that doesn’t engage. We are glad that he was able to come back and do the work for us. He also answered all of my questions today too.
