  JL Britt Electric is a top notch company. Brandon was and is great. He explained everything about getting a generator, what I needed, discussed install, permits, tank, warranties and so on. He answers all of my questions. The install went perfectly. A turn key job well done. Everyone was professional and polite. Inspection…perfect. Start-up went great and they explained everything. I would HIGHLY recommend JL Britt Electric but only if you want a great job!!!

  Reached out to them and was so impressed that the owner had a detailed text exchange with me before I ever spent a dollar. That sold me so they came out for a bid. I was up front that I'd likely not do a whole house as I've had it 2x before and rarely needed. On 1-29 I asked a question, the reply came 6 days later that they are looking into. 8 more days pass and no response. Signed bid on March 2, 5 weeks pass with zero communication. I e-mail, response comes 6 days later that they are checking into when they can do the work. Several more days pass, I call and leave a message. 10 days pass since the e-mail and no call or reply. I can only assume the job they bid for me was too small to actually complete. A lack of communication is a choice.

  We had a generator installed November 2025. Great customer service from start to finish. Very professional. I highly recommend JL Britt for any service they provide.
