You guys were the first to respond to me and I'm glad you did because my experience was fantastic. Starting with Casey and skip both were friendly and answered all my questions making a scary big purchase not seem so scary. THE installers of the unit were fast and friendly. Thank you all for a great experience and I would 100 percent recommend you guys to everybody.

Instead of trying to upsell me or make the problem seem bigger than it was, he took the time to explain exactly how my system worked and got everything corrected fast. He was extremely efficient, very knowledgeable, professional, and honest — which is hard to find these days. Even though the issue turned out to be my fault, he only charged me for the service call and treated me with complete respect the entire time. If you want someone who truly knows HVAC systems and values honesty and customer service, I highly recommend Jed.
