He was truly a pleasure to work with and at no time did he make it feel like a pressure situation. He was very detailed in showing the product quality and describing the custom manufacturing process. After getting through 8 month of permit issue with my pool, they finally came out and did the job. I was excited until the inspector noted the door wasn't the proper size. I spent the next 8 months trying to get them to come back out and fix it. This week they did, but they sent a single guy out to handle the install and the quality of work is what you would expect if you were putting it up yourself. Now I'm taking more pics to send to have it addressed. The wait begins again!😠 I want to thank Chastity who has been the one positive throughout this effort. I also wanted to say, I had the previous owner install a similar set up at my previous home and it was excellent work. The current organization does not meet those same expectations. It was nice of you to respond, but noone has reached out to correct the issues.
